酒店服務人員態度很好，體驗了酒店的Spa ，設施功能很齊全，安靜，地段也不錯，離市中心很近可以步行到市中心

Really nice hotel on the edge of the old town area with a lovely small pool and hot tub in the garden. For hotel of such as this I found it annoying to have to go to reception desk to ask for and sign for a towel. Hard working and friendly staff who were quick to resolve an issue with a defective room safe. One unresolved problem with Room 002 the Garden Room was the smell of sewage that only occurred in the evening and could be smelt just inside the room. It was reported and the receptionist came down with a spray, but he said he couldn’t smell anything and would report it. We heard nothing more during our stay and we had to put the air conditioning on to get rid of this unpleasant aroma. I if I returned to Porto I would stay at this hotel again but not anywhere near Room 002!

Very nice hotel within walking distance of historic center sites. Very clean and quiet room with all the modern conveniences. Lovely staff who made our stay pleasant and helped us when our flight home was cancelled and we need to extend our stay. They have a spa, gym, restaurant, bar and beautiful pool area. All this in the historic center was truly great.

Centrally located. Walkable to all Porto sites. The hotel was clean and modern, staff was friendly and helpful with everything. Unfortunately we got cloudy weather but Pool area is really cute.

Lovely stay - staff were considerate when our flight was delayed. Didn't use many of the facilities as we were out the majority of the time. Great location, easily walkable to the centre of Porto.

Beautiful property conveniently located near everything. Porto is very walkable from this hotel. The rooms were clean and the staff was attentive and very friendly. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Receptionist welcomed us in a friendly, professional and happy manner. Very impressed. Room was clean, well maintained, and quite bigger than I expected. Definitely worth it. Recommend to everyone and I also will be back again!

Very nice hotel with well-appointed, comfortable, quiet, and spacious rooms. The hotel is conveniently located in the Centro, within walking distance of the riverfront area and most places of interest in this historic, beautiful town. I would definitely stay there again.

Overall we had a nice stay. Lovely hotel, spa was very nice, the staff all seemed lovely. Great location. Very comfy bed. However, on the last night when we returned to our room after being out for the day, my mum’s make up had disappeared. Now we don’t know what happened exactly, but she didn’t take the make-up out of the room. We searched the room top to bottom for 2 hours before ringing reception. The next morning, reception staff said that they had spoken to the cleaning staff and nothing was removed from the room. However, they also said if it was $1000 dollar makeup that had gone missing, then this would have been an issue. The staff saying that was very odd, it seemed that something expensive could be stolen. The make-up was not expensive, but the thought of something missing made us feel uneasy and unsafe on our last night. We still don’t know what happened
