服務很周全，提前到和退房後都能提供免費行李保管，接待的小姐姐和小哥都主動貼心的幫忙搬運行李。活動室和廚房都很寬暢乾淨，給人一種家的感覺，還提供豐富的自助早餐。房間雖小，但很安靜，私密性很好。

I have been traveling for 2 weeks across multiple cities in Europe, staying in several hostels, and so far, this one stands out as superior. First of all, the staff were amazing—very welcoming and friendly. The rooms were clean and well-organized, and the amenities were perfect. I honestly enjoyed my time in there.

Ostello molto intimo e confortevole, mi sono trovata subito a mio agio, staff cordiale e disponibile per ogni informazione. È presente una grande cucina con tutto il necessario e loro sono molto carini perché lasciano sempre a disposizione su un banco delle caraffe con caffè, acqua calda per le tisane e una torta. Organizzano delle serate cinema in cui puoi stare insieme agli altri seduto nei comodi divani e guardare un film o giocare a giochi di società. Per chi come me viaggia sola è un buon modo di socializzare e stare in compagnia.

This is not a safe place! Especially if you are a solo traveler. If anything bad happens to you,this hostel would not help you, nor take any responsibility and actually would not care at all. That was exactly what happened to me when staying with them. I booked a mixed room for 5 nights. One night, in the middle of my stay, a sexual harrasment happened in my room conducted by one of the man staying in the same room. He got very drunk. In the middle of the night he started to shout, laugh and finally....masturbated (in a shared room). I was scared to death, my bed was just in front of his, I was sacred he would rape me or hurt me in another way. Suddenly, he went close to the window, and I could hear he was urinating on the floor, on my shoes.. I used the moment that he was across the room to get up and ran out as fast as I could to inform the reception about the incident. I spent the rest of the night in the reception area, was too frightened to go back to the room, I begged them to find something else for me, saying that after all of this, I would not go back to the room. I was asked to pack my belongings as they would check with a manager what they could do for me. On the next day I got the message saying that this man had checked out, and I was offered to stay in the exact same room, in the same bed...or I could leave if I didn't like the idea of staying there... I booked a room in a different place, as I felt disgusted with their behavior. The hostel failed to refund me ANY money for my unused bookings and my destroyed shoes. What was even worse, they never said or charged anything to this man. Nobody called the police. The man ate breakfast and was permitted to check out as if nothing happened. After few days of back and forth with the hostel, they offered that I could cancel the reservation overall to claim a refund - meaning I would not be able to give a review of the place... I refused and decided to give an honest review that this is NOT a safe place to stay, especially for women who travel solo.

Edificio antigo completamente reabilitado numa zona muito central do Porto. O quarto era espaçoso, os wc´s sao otimos e bem dimensionados par ao numero de utilizadores de cada piso. Partes comuns extremamente confortaveis, sala de estar enorme, cozinha e sala de refeiçoes grande, bem equipada e com imensa luz natural. As janelas antigas ficaram por fora... por dentro novas que isolam odo ruido e do frio. Roof top com jacuzzi e de noite, funciona um bar sem incomodar quem dorme. Excelente!

AC restrictions not declared until after booking. “For Environmental Reasons, guests are invited to close the windows when using the Air-conditioner for a more efficient use. The cold mode will be set for 23°C minimum in the summer and the warm mode will be set for 19°C maximum during winter, when requested.” Air conditioning is extremely important to me. I saw the accommodation had AC and didn’t think anything of it. After booking, I got an email with the AC restrictions. The bathrooms and showers are unisex which made me uncomfortable to share toilets with women.

Rooms were very nice and clean and the bed was comfortable with privacy curtains and shelfs inside. Lockers was bigger than a hand luggage, so there was a lot of place to put my things. Everyone there was friendly, both staff and guests. Breakfast was good with multiple choices, and chocolate cake was very tasty.

Friendly, clean and inviting hostel. Smaller dorms consisting of 4 bed bunk beds all with privacy curtains and individual shelving, lights, power sockets and USB points. Large lockable cupboards for equipment. Excellent free breakfast with a good variety of food items, plus fruit, cake and tea/coffee throughout the day. Film night most evenings. Easy place to hang out with sociable space inside plus outside terrace. Only downside was the hard mattresses and lack of female only dorms (men tend to snore louder than women). Showers were powerful and the water was always hot. Very friendly, accommodating staff whose smiles seemed genuine. It's definitely a place I'd recommend and come back to in the future.

Despite being just one day, the staff is very pleasant. Friendly, provide all the information. Right to a varied breakfast and even after check-out, they had the courtesy to leave their luggage for a few more hours. The area its very central with a lot supermarkets and restaurants The rooms are well equipped, mine (4 single beds) has the added value of having an individual locker with RFID card in the locker for luggage (20kg suitcase) + clothes. The single beds, with curtain, and socket to charge the cell phone and light. Mixed but individual (you wish to be shared😊) unit’s bathrooms in the shower area. Common living room with good Wi-Fi and tv reception, and open terrace area. Bonus with laundry area available. 5 Starts
