San Marco is a delightful family style hotel. Greeted pleasantly throughout our 5 day stay. Breakfast was delicious. Rooftop terrace for a glass of wine at sunset. The hotel and our accommodations were super clean. Would not hesitate to recommend

チェックインは良くありませんでした。部屋代を前払いしたにもかかわらず、チェックイン時に再度請求され、最悪なことに部屋代は予約した金額の2倍でした。証拠（予約のプリントアウト）を提示して初めて前払いを認められました。結局、同じ名前の別のお客様と間違えられたと言われました。 とても不快な経験でした。しかし、公平に言えば、滞在中はスタッフ全員がとても親切でした。

Unfinished conversion of bank offices, into a hotel. The reception is on the 1st floor without an elevator. Baggage transfer from the back of the building, with stairs and going through a maze. The walls were full of dust from works that had been done in the room, metal pieces were missing from the windows which were unpainted, in the bathroom there were not enough hangers for towels and the curtains reached down to the floor... The whole building was a bank office in the past...the signs are still there. They could finish the conversion properly and then accept people!!

A relatively old hotel that has most of the amenities that one might expect. The room is relatively clean. The door requires old-school key to enter (which is attached to a golf ball) so you might want to leave it behind at the hotel reception each time you head out if you do not have the pocket for it. Breakfast is the typical continental European stuff, so nothing exciting to write home about. You could always skip breakfast at the hotel and head to the old part of Prato for breakfast at a cafe instead. It is about 10-15 minutes walk. Having said that, the hotel breakfast is decent, so make your decision according to your personal requirement/preference. The main gripe I had was that the powerpoint in my room (not sure about other rooms) was of the smaller holes instead of the larger standard European holes. Those who have been around Italy would know what I'm talking about. Basically there is the old Italian powerpoint which look almost exactly the same as the current standard European powerpoint with the two round holes, except they are smaller than the current standard size. So keep this in mind.

4つ星ホテルの水準には達していませんが、最高の3つ星の自動運転は非常に便利で、無料駐車場は素晴らしいです。朝食だけでなく、中華餃子や春巻きもたくさんあります。フロントはとても暖かいです

Non può definirsi un 4 stelle se le pulizie sono a dir poco sc****. Mio figlio non appena entrato in camera trova un pelo sul letto, io che vado a tirare lo scarico e mi cade il coperchio sui piedi, l'interno doccia era pieno di polvere accumulata da mesi e per finire (peccato non aver fatto la foto) il tetto vicino alll'uscita di aerazione del condizionatore era color fuligine. Non parliamo poi del salto agli ostacoli che abbiamo dovuto effettuare la mattina per uscire dalla stanza. No decisamente NON è un 4 stelle.

Perfetta posizione all uscita dell’ autostrada a mezz oretta di auto da Firenze. Camera senza lussi ma confortevole, letto e cuscini comodi, bel bagno moderno con grande doccia, pulizia ottima, personale reception gentile e professionale, ottimo il servizio deposito bagagli. Wi-Fi debole in camera. Arredamento spazi comuni datato ma tutto pulito. Ampio parcheggio. Per colazione noi siamo andati a 2 minuti di auto alla pasticceria Zarini davvero super!

The hotel was ok, nice staff, the rooms were really big which I liked it. Several improvements might be needed, especially the wooden floor in combination with heavy seats en beds that made a lot of noise during room cleaning. The second thing that I have missed was a garden to have a drink and enjoy the evenings!

Attention ⚠️ Attention ⚠️ Attention ⚠️ New hotel that has only been open for a few months on the outskirts of Prato, among popular buildings mostly inhabited by foreigners perhaps with regular residence permits; so much so that arriving on Dominica 25, with our car loaded with samples with which we work, despite having booked on the evening of Saturday 24, we didn't feel like staying there for safety reasons. Unfortunately, the info reported on Booking regarding the possibility of parking did not specify that it was unattended public parking and the girl with whom we booked in turn did not clarify the lack of safe parking on the phone, becoming aware of the risk to whom we would be exposed once to the desk we asked the girl if they could park in front of the entrance door of the small structure and she told us that the next day at 5:00 in the morning the urban garbage would pass, so it was impossible to leave the car there. While we were making the decision with my partner whether to stay or not, the girl on the phone answered that there were free rooms and we could book. At this point, deeming it safer to go to a safer hotel without having created inconvenience of missing reservations from other customers, we parted with the girl with the commitment on her part to speak to the property or the manager today, Monday 26 June and see what was possible to do about the reservation which at that point we understood that it had already been paid, having given us the card details at the request of the desk as a guarantee, instead they issued a pre-order which if for any reason in customer could not go or stay they withdraw the value of one night. For your protection, we advise you to carefully check the conditions that the structure applies to you, because they have no attention or sensitivity to the actual needs of the customer. The classic speculative structure where the customer is something to speculate on even if in difficulty, because they hide behind laws and rules that authorize them to withdraw your money without doing anything. Even if the service from them was not provided and our reservation did not create any damage, being the structure half empty.
