Before we went we thought how could a hotel be reviewed so well time after time with no negatives? Well having just spent two weeks here we now know, everything was perfect. The staff all so happy and friendly, the food excellent at all meal times with a different theme every night. Our room was very spacious with a fantastic view and a very comfy bed. The pool lads never stop bringing more drinks and at all meals you are constantly topped up. Protaras is a nice resort with lots going on if you want it or just stay in the hotel if you like it quiet. We also went paragliding as there are loads of watersports in the bay and all reasonable Go and experience this as it is hard to beat and most people return year after year. Well done Nick and all your staff, top marks from us.

Just returned from our 3rd holiday at this hotel and already booked to come back again next year. It is a wonderful hotel, the food is 1st class, the staff are are so friendly and it’s absolutely spotless. Can’t fault and already looking forward to next year.

Back home now and just wanted to say we had a wonderful holiday at the King Jason. I know a lot of people who leave reviews tend to visit every year so it’s not always an unbiased view, so for the people who haven’t been and are thinking if it, here is my take on the hotel. First off location amazing, 3-4 mins walk to Main Street, 10 seconds to beach, 25 mins by bus into Ayia Napa, if your lucky like us 2nd drop and last pickup 45 mins to airport, could not fault it. Staff were probably one of the best teams we have had anywhere, they were amazing !!! The guys run their socks off round the pool for you all day, same in the restaurant and I don’t think I ever once went past reception without a “hello, how’s your day” or something and I did try 🤣🤣 Pool area is gorgeous, never had to fight for beds, there were 6 of us, and from what we could tell all beds were in the sun all day, although not great when breezy which we had a couple of days when your asked to take the brollies down. Evening entertainment, very low key, we knew this, some good, some just ok. Rooms, we had 406 and I have added a couple of pics of our view, which was amazing. Some rooms have very small balconies though, so it all depends on your room. We really can’t praise the hotel enough, however there a few things that in my opinion need improving: Walk of shame as I started to call, walking through the restaurant to get the pool. I always felt conscious walking through in my swim shorts with people eating, even worse when you do it late at night when people are already eating dinner. Food, while what was there was lovely, I was expecting better. I know this may be controversial, but we had pork and chicken every night, never any chips, yes they would cook you some but I felt awkward having to ask, limited options on desserts, no ice cream counter(that I saw)At times it almost felt they were trying to keep it a little more upmarket with the range but it didn’t work for us, sometimes all you want is a good burger and not one that you have had to order before 1700. For me, for a hotel of this standard the options just lacked. For 6 of the 7 days we felt the lunch menu had a better offering. If you are someone who has stayed in a hotel where you have an array of choices each night, you won’t get this here. Cleaning of rooms a little hit a miss, ours was fine, but another of the parties was very basic each day. Ice creams, every other TUI AI we have stayed in has a freezer by the bar pool where you can grab an ice cream at any time through the day. Smoking - not attacking smokers, but again other TUI hotels have a designated smoking areas, nothing worse eating your dinner and someone lights up behind you on the seats just down from the restaurant area, likewise lying by the pool. While no fault of the hotel and you do find this in most places, but more in these types of hotels, there are just those 1 or 2 people who go most years and think of themselves a little more speci

Amazing hotel if you want to put 8lbs on in a week because the food and come home a raging alcoholic because of the great service the staff provide this is the hotel for you can't wait to go back ,............................................

An absolutely fabulous holiday made even more by the attentive and courteous staff who even after a number of years away remembered my wife and myself which was nice seeing some familiar faces and old friends. The area is beautiful and quiet but not too far away from a lively centre with bars and entertainment .

Having been April 2023 for 7 nights and enjoyed it so much we booked again 2024 for the beginning of May, this time for 11 nights. As per the last visit we were not disappointed, the cleanliness is excellent, the efficiency and dedication of the staff is amazing. You relax by the pool and every 20 mins a member of the bar staff checks if you require anything. The food is excellent, so much choice and great quality your never left disappointed or hungry, had to go on diet when we got home. Speaking to other guests it's clear many have been before and some every year, we can see why. Most of the staff were there last year with some new faces providing the same quality service and working well together to make a relaxing stay. With regards to the cleanliness, every morning about 7am there is a team of 5 outside cleaning the pool area, brushing up, mopping and washing down all the loungers, it spotless every day, when watching them from the balcony you can look across at the adjacent larger hotel and see 1 person half heartedly brushing around the pool area, when you walk along the front of Fig Tree Bay and look at all the other hotels it's certainly does stand out as one, if not the best. Already thinking of going again next year.

Just back from a long weekend at the KJ in Protaras. A nice welcome by the manager and a refreshing glass of fizz at reception and we were helped up with our cases to our room , which was a side room , nothing like any of the view pictures we had seen on here from other previous guests , and I had paid for a 'Sea View' just wasnt aware that this meant any kind of sea view , be warned folks. The room was very nice , comfy bed , cold water in the fridge , slippers, robes , fluffy towels along with some other nice touches. Balcony was quite small and wasnt private at all , we didnt sit out on it once during our stay. The pool area is nice , always plenty of sunbeds , the guys working the bar are very, very attentive , if you want a drink , you get it , and then another in a few minutes, no waiting. Food in the restaurant is this hotels party piece , for an all inclusive it is very good indeed , not standard bulk cooked trash , this was a high standard, all cooked in front of you , hot and tasty , well seasoned, really good. I suppose you could compare with the nearby Olympic Lagoon where we stayed last year , and the food at the KJ is much much better. The staff here are all friendly, all wanting to help and have a quick chat . All in all a very pleasant few days , just remember this is an adults only hotel , it caters for a certain person, there is no music around the pool , very little entertainment at night, in fact its probably the quietest hotel we have ever stayed in, if thats what you want , its your perfect place !

The hotel is located in the great place. Very spacious and clean room, very well organised with comfortable beds. Staff, from reception, restaurant, kitchen and pool bar exceptional, very friendly and helpful. Very good variety of food, but gets repetitive, delicious and always fresh. Very nice pool area and also close to the Fig Tree Bay beach 👌Highly recommend for everyone who would like to relax and enjoy the Cyprus 😊 Definitely will come back to the King Janson ❤️

Our 4th time just as amazing as the first we was looked after as soon as we checked in comfortable beds wonderful food plenty of sunbeds the staff are amazing friendly and happy to look after you big thanks to all the staff for a wonderful stay special thanks to Ahmed see you next year
