Beautiful location, unfortunately rooms have no sound proof, cleaniness is not to our standard and room had a toilet smell. Bathroom is extremely small, we are both small but to enter the toilet is an adventure

There were no activities , although it was claimed that there is a private beach .We had paid for five nights with half board , due to the transfer of flights we had to shorten the stay , but we refused to give something to eat on the street instead of the missing dinner.The room had a sufficient size with a renovated shower, but in the corners there were cobwebs and the cleaning was from worse Qualität.Im Bathroom there was no soap and on two days out of four nights we asked to replace the empty container of the soap dispenser, in the end, the employee brought us a container with soap, but we had to assemble it ourselves. We had booked half-board, but nowhere was it indicated that dinner would be in a completely different place, which caused great inconvenience. In addition, the selection of products at breakfast was very poor and on the first day of our stay there were not even eggs. In general, there were no vegetables - cucumbers, tomatoes, and for some reason the fruits were cut into pieces.

The room was very outdated, it smelled like an unventilated room, there were cobwebs on the walls, the shower was really small, The picture of the room on the website does not resemble the room we got. The only thing that stood out was the view from the lake in the morning

The room was terrible and dirty. Bathroom was mouldy and extremly dirty, spider webs everywhere, smell. Window view at the wall.

Personale accogliente e gentile. Camere restaurate da poco, confortevoli, pulite e ben accessoriate. Ottima colazione. Posizione buona per chi vuole visitare le Cascate delle Marmore. Non abbiamo provato la SPA: quindi credo che torneremo!

Ottima struttura con accoglienza professionale. Camera confortevole vista mozzafiato. Personale cortese. Cibo buono. Spa rilassante e ben organizzata. Sicuramente consigliato e con un soggiorno da ripetere. Comodo da raggiungere.

2 giorni di spensierata serenità in questo luogo immerso nella natura.Location ristrutturato ove regna l'ordine e la pulizia . Personale tutto della reception , ristorante e Spa , gentilissimo , disponibile e professionale. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente per completare.

Hotel ben posizionato con una vista meravigliosa sul lago Piediluco. La spa vista lago ci ha colpito molto: moderna, ben tenuta e organizzata. Alcune delle stanze sarebbero da rimodernare, ma si presentano comunque pulite e luminose. Lo staff, della reception alla sala colazioni agli addetti delle pulizie, è davvero cordiale e disponibile! Un grazie speciale ad Alessia, che oltre a farci sentire ben accolti, è stata eccezionale nel gestire tutte le richieste.
