Great place to stay close to Puebla Centro for a few days. The staff was excellent and responsive to our inquires and certain food allergies. Hotel restaurants offer high quality, delicious dishes at reasonable prices.

An old building splendidly upgraded to modern facilities. Very good location in the middle of the old city. Beautifully designed

This is a quiet, clean and elegant hotel, well located. This was not our first stay in this hotel. What a disappointement when we realized that we were given a connecting room, which we neither needed nor asked for. Yet, the hotel was not full and we had booked our room three months in advance. When we expressed our concern to the reception, that there would be a noise problem, the lady told us that the adjacent room would not be occupied during our whole four-night stay and she would not move us in a non-connecting room. Of course, the second night we could not sleep because the room was indeed uccupied and the noise was obviously coming through. When we asked to be moved the next morning, the persons at the reception started mentioning that we may be charged extra fees for a non-connecting room. They finally moved us without extra fees but they should have moved us the first day. Instead, the lady at the reception had lied to us when she said the adjacent room would not be occupied. We were returning clients, having booked a four-night stay, three months in advance. For a luxury hotel, this situation was very disappointing.

This is a beautiful property with a great spa. The people providing the services are true professionals. This hotel is located in Puebla. We arrived on a Sunday & the hotel did not inform us that practically every museum & most churches are closed on Monday so our stay fell short of expectations. In addition, I booked the pricier room for 4 people in case I took my 13 year old son & once we got there I was charged an additional $140 by the front desk. It was not negotiable because of that I will never stay there or recommend it to families. Sadly some of the other guests of the hotel fell victim to crime. Be careful.

Absolutely one of the most beautiful and uniquely designed properties I have ever stayed in from guest rooms to restaurants to public areas/ heath spa and pool/ bar. Their # 1 asset was their personable, knowledgeable and professional staff. A wonderful and pleasure experience
