サニーズ ワールド(Sunny's World)

A very bad experience as we were stranded outside the room for half and hour in scorching afternoon heat at 2pm after we checked in because our room key wasn't working after which the personnel gave a different key, After entering when we started the AC, the AC wasn't cooling even after 45 mins and after which the repairman took more 40 mins to come....this is for a topaz room which are quite premium price wise, but experience wise not great at all

We booked the 3 day package having been advised that we would need 1 day for the adventure park and 1 day for water sports. There were no water sports, just some small kids games that would take about 1 hour. We asked them to allow us some other activities but were asked to pay exorbitant rates for each activity separately. We asked them to give us a refund for 1 day as there was nothing else for us to do for 2 days. Mr Shree gave us wrong inputs when booking and later too, wasting our 2 days with nothing to do The resort location and facilities are good, but there are too many tiny flying insects in the room and also in the restaurant area. Quite irritating during meal times

Visited with husband and 10 year old kid for a night stay. Firstly you can easily access ola/uber to and fro if you are not interested in driving yourself. The property is easily accessible. It is located in Sus pune. After checking in reception we were checked into room in buggy which was fun. We opted for swiss chalet and rooms were amazing with own private balcony. The toilets were clean and amazingly refreshing. No odour or smell. We were totally happy with cleanliness of the room. The ruby restaurant which was just outside our chalet served amazing food. Eating their from hill top location provided a beautiful view. One should definitely try that. The next day we opted adventure activity for our kid. Special thanks to adventure head Mr.Parmendra did an amazing job who guided my kid and instructed with proper activities and my kid had an amazing time. She did shooting,archery,dart, mountain climbing,vortex tunnel,indoor play area,bull ride, trampoline park and obstacles course.Thank you again Mr. parmendra for your help.He was friendly and guided us properly.

Negative experiences- ＞Had to wait for 30 mins for check in ... The only receptionist - Khushboo couldn't tell people to come in turns. ＞For my 1 night stay had to make 3 payments for packages I purchased, because their accounts team would find it difficult to understand what's paid for what - as quoted by the receptionist. ＞ The trampoline park - purchased in the half day activity was broken, dusty and unmanned. ＞The Swiss Chalet toilet seat was broken. ＞ The host at the Ruby restaurant (hill top restaurant next to the Swiss Chalet) was absolutely disoriented. ＞It was too noisy because of the common washroom behind the Chalet. ＞ The bed was squeaky. ＞ Some of the slides in the play area were broken. Positive reviews- ＞ Food was good at Shivlingam restaurant & at the ruby- hill top restaurant. ＞The other activities in the half day package were good. ＞ The staff was good.

The parking was clumsy and security guard was not guiding for parking area. Somehow I parked car near Ruby hill top parking. We went in group of 18 persons had food. After having food when I came back to the car parking I noticed when I open my car door, someone had hit my car from the front side, due to which door was making noice and there were scratches too. When I enquired to the manager and security guard as well that who had done this? They (Manager Tushar and shree ) both couldn’t find the culprit, although there were cameras which seems not working and they didn’t even said sorry to me. The service is very poor and car parking management is pathetic. I would suggest park your car with your own risk. The management is not going to help you.

We stayed in moonstone swiss chalet. Got deal of 3 nights stay at price of 2 nights. Food is good at both hotels within sunnys world. 1. Shivlingam (pure veg.) 2. Rubys hilltop restaurant. We did adventure activities available at sunnys world premises which was filled thrill n fun. Only suggestion for management is to keep area of kids softplay clean and create some more area for kids outdoor play. So they can also enjoy their stay.

Helpfully staff,Good service,Good housekeeping,Good Food... Specially AMARNATH,KUSHBU,HEMANT,MILAN,SAMEER,GEETA etc.. Good Adventure, Good Environment, Swimming,Turf is best for play cricket. By.. Mayur Rathod

Sunny world pune is a beautiful place 😍. It is serene peaceful and calm. They have pure veg restaurant Shivlingham which serves fresh and delicious food. All jain varieties were also available. The restaurant staff is very polite hardworking and courteous. ALWAYS READY TO HELP.They made arrangements for my daughter to study peacefully who is a CA student. Overall experience was good .The only drawback was the quality of water in washrooms.It smelt bad.we Complained for the same.we request Sunny world that you guys are doing a wonderful job but please work on improving water quality in washrooms.Thats a major area of concern . Adventure activities were good but as guests(3 nights stay ) who do not wish to perform any activities they shouldn't charge money for entry.Many a times we just need to be with the family. The hotel staff and buggy service was good. Generous people I must say!!!

House keeping was good. Food was good. Reception area and receptionist needs lot of improvement. Night service is pathetic. Ac tents were very good. Few important rides were not functioning.they need to be fixed immediately.
