Blue Diamond will always hold a special place in our hearts. The old world rustic charm can only be rivalled by its warm cozy homely feel. The place feels like a secluded haven of comfort. Even though an old property, it has been well maintained so kudos to the team members who are working hard in the up keep of the place. A special thanks to Chef Girish for arranging our breakfast. One suggestion from our end would be that please consider fixing a handle/grab bar next to the bath tub in the executive suite as the edges are very wide and having something to hold while getting in and out is safer.

Thanks for a great experience. From early check-in to properly appointed room, the service was top notch. A minor nitpick was taste of masala tea in room service which was not good. But that dint matter much.

It was nice staying at this conveniently located hotel where I was a regular guest during my frequent business visits to Pune years ago. It has retained its charm while upgrading its facilities and improving efficiency and guest experience. The stay was comfortable, service impeccable and the staff - right from security, front desk, bell boys to restaurant and room servers - highly efficient, responsive and guest friendly. Couldn't ask for anything more!

My stay at the blue diamond was brilliant. While everyone stood up to the best of their hospitality skills, I would like to thank Prashant (the trainer) for his exceptional sightseeing recommendations, yoga activity knowledge & smart travel hacks. Thanks to his itinerary, my stop over in Mumbai before proceeding to Amsterdam was a fabulous experience. I left behind 2 of my favorite jackets in the hotel and recollected about them a few hours before the final flight departure. I was anxious to foresee a number of hassles just to get them back if I had to get them couriered. Luckily, I had taken Prashant’s contact number and ended up reaching him out. He gave me quick updates about the lost jackets and as usual, perfectly recommended to get the jackets using intercity cab service at minimal price. Thanks to the duty ***ager Chinmay who shared chauffeur’s driving license photos for added safety. Loved the honesty of both the gentlemen. The jackets reached me just in time. Thanks again & cheers to great work guys.

Thanks for the making my wife birthday special. We have visited in blue diamond first time to celebrate my wife birthday. The experience was very good with the room as weel as dining. Staff are very supportive. Receptionist also are very good in nature and ready to support in every issue and every doubts. Thanks all staff and ***agement for good ***agement in every small case .
