Beautiful hotel with global-scale decor and international gentry. 7 kitchens for breakfast made for an interesting spread and the Jain food was quite delicious. Shockingly undertrained and ignorant staff. A couple of examples follow: 1. Throughout my visit, I asked for an ice pack SIX times as I was recovering from an injury. They could not provide one even once. When I gave my own to simply freeze, they returned it in liquid form the next morning! Isn't an ice pack basic first aid? 2. We informed the reception to put our room on DND while I napped one evening. The housekeeping staff constantly rang the bell until I opened the door as they wanted to do the evening turndown service. Does the staff not communicate?? 3. We waited for about 20-30 minutes at breakfast to find someone to take our order. 4. Honestly, we couldn't get enough rest because of overzealous staff that kept ringing the bell even early in the morning for silly things that we didn't need. 5. Most staff members don't greet the guests or even bother giving way, which is quite unexpected from a five-star property. While leaving, the duty manager finally made her presence felt and offered us a discount voucher. We appreciate that but had an underwhelming experience overall. I couldn't help feeling like this Ritz Carlton is being used as a training centre for other hotels in this chain! Otherwise I simply cannot justify the popularity considering this the level of service.

The sI recently stayed at Fariyas and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The hotel is ideally located Lonavala, making it convenient for sightseeing and local attractions. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The room was spacious, well-decorated, and spotlessly clean, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay.
St. Joseph's High School, Solapur - Reunion took place at Clarks Inn Pune on 24/11/2024 (from 09:00 hrs to 17:00 hrs). 25 friends participated in the event. Excellent arrangements were made by the Management of the establishment - special thanks to Manager Mrs. Usha Chavan. This was the second union event which took place at this place. The earlier event took place May 2023. She helped us for: booking of the banquet hall, selection of the menu, booking of the rooms for our out station friends, ensuring the staff was present at the banquet hall during the event. Finally the Chef was very very cooperative. The food prepared by his and his team was exceptionally 'yummy'
