素晴らしい滞在でした。スタッフは素晴らしく、フレンドリーでした。部屋は清潔で、料金もとてもリーズナブルでした。タバコの臭いも全くありませんでした。このホテルを皆さんに心からおすすめします。

非常に広々としていて、お金の価値があり、テレビ、優れたエアコン、ヘアドライヤー、アメニティが備わっています。

we check in at 1am.. our room aircond is not cooling.. we have to transfer to other room at 2am.. the other room toilet smell bed.

I have stayed at Putatan Platinum Hotel multiple times, and each stay has been consistently pleasant. I recently stayed for 1 night due to a delayed flight from Manila and only arrived at the hotel at almost 5am, but the check-in process was still smooth and hassle-free, which I really appreciated. The room is always clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with comfortable bedding that ensures a good night’s rest. The overall environment is quiet and relaxing, making every stay comfortable. The staff are friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with a professional attitude. Check-in and check-out are consistently smooth and efficient, which adds to the overall positive experience. What I appreciate most is the good value for money, with decent facilities and comfort provided at a reasonable price. Overall, it is a reliable choice for a comfortable stay in Putatan, and I would be happy to stay here again.

Cleanliness at hotel average. The toilet sit cover still have stain, the hand bidet broken, no hot water and the aircon not cold. Still can improve for the cleanliness. Staff at lobby so helpful and friendly.
