Mariandy Hotel

The price was good for what I was looking for. A little further from the airport that I thought and when I asked about a shuttle she said yes only to find out that it was a $35 taxi ride and not a shuttle. Also the bed had no sheets, I found a blanket in the cabinet and used that to sleep on. Good restaraunts nearby.

Staff not over friendly but room comfortable and quiet. Not a lot of parking spaces

Never ever go this place!! It the worth service you will ever get. The owner and Manger are ugly, the breakfast is terrible and not fresh. They don't really clean, I was,2 weeks in this ugly place , after they get Arabs customer that shout on 6:00 Am and wake me up. The Manger didn't help!!! But charging me extra for a towel that was dirty instead of make a laundry and Gove me a new one. Sisscusting people very low level of hotel, low management, low food, low a**osphere. I Never ever again go to this terrible place .!! Don't go there. It's not worth money. ! Trust me.

The room service is bad and the receptionist is rude. They change the towels and clean the room after 3 days. The hotel is old and needs to be renovated. The breakfast is acceptable but does not include the Cypriot halloumi. It is not recommended.

The staff were all very friendly. It was very clean. The food was always really nice. Definitely will come back again.

We had to ask for a plug for the bath and sink and was only allowed one to share in both. Hotel rooms very tired. Sheets and towels only changed every three days (in a very hot country). Had to pay to hire a fridge. Provided a kettle, cups and glasses but no spoons, no tea, coffee, sugar or milk and when we asked for them were told "You don't get that, this is only a 2* what do you expect". We were on the first floor and opposite the fire exit, which was left open 24/7, so anybody could get in without being noticed. We were B&B and the food was extremely limited and not very hot. We had Air Conditioning in our room but the remote didn't work so it was stuck on full or off, no replacement given. The manageress was a very nice lady and I'm sure that she would like the hotel to be as best it can be, so I don't blame her. When we checked out, the receptionist tried to charge us for drinks we buy. I refused to pay, she didn't believe me, but took it off of the bill. Be very careful about what is being charged to your room because you don't have to sign for anything, it's just charged. Sorry to say that I wouldn't stay again, and it's a shame.

90%of staff amazing 1 lady on nights shou not ever be allowed in the pulic sector sh e point refused all requests on the sunday she was rude

Daily cleaning service and towel change etc was good but things we didn’t like was the breakfast, limited plug sockets in the room, only 2 worked, some staff were unhelpful, toilet was off it’s hinges, swimming pool ladder steps broke off as someone was climbing out, have to pay extra for the safe, the fridge and not allowed to order food in or take breakfast up to your room. Was under charged when checking in and front desk and they thought it was ok to call our room and wake us up at 2.40am instant that we went down at that exact moment to pay the rest and that it couldn’t wait until the morning even though it was only our first night. Staff relatives visiting were allowed to dance on the pool table with staff and kids using the que’s as swords. Staff all around but no hello’s or good mornings etc
