Great location. Front desk people were excellent and helpful.

Just so so

It was all good except for one thing. Late at night we realized there were no water bottles in the room. As we had changed for the nite we requested 2 bottles to be sent up. She responded that there was no one available to bring it up. Next morning whilst leaving, we requested the water to take with us on the road. We were told they were out of water. We also were not offered water when we checked in the previous nite.

It was comfortable, clean and had good dining options. It was very convenient when needing to get to the airport early!

The front desk associate who greeted us upon arrival was extremely kind and welcoming. Check in was quick with no issues. When we got to our room we discovered the floor was very wet by the air conditioning unit. Luckily this was on the far side of the room, however we could not use the floor space to store our suitcases etc to keep them out of the way since the floor was soaked. I went to the front desk to advise of the wet floor. Again, this associate was very friendly and apologized for the room condition. Unfortunately the hotel was fully booked and they were unable to move us. Maintenance was also off for the night. She wrote a note for maintenance to address the issue the next day. In the morning I checked back with front desk to see when maintenance would be coming and advised we would be out of our room most of the day. Front desk stated they would reserve another room for us and when we got back from our event we could switch rooms to allow maintenance time to get the repair taken care of and floor completely dry. We stopped at the desk when we returned for the evening and the associate was not aware of any arrangements to change our room. She had to call someone else and was told maintenance had been in our current room and fixed the issues, dried the floor and also that the hotel was again booked with no rooms available to switch. We went back to our room and the wetness of the floor was improved, but still too wet to use the space for our belongings.

Very average hotel. Nothing special about it. Breakfast was disappointing. Limited section.

This property is very clean. Conveniently located to entertainment, food etc. The staff is very hospitable, and always ready to assist. They really take care of their guests.

I paid for 2 rooms and only had 1. I had to pay for an additional room at check in. I’ll follow up for a refund on the additional room.

The check in was fast and easy. The receptionist was so great! She was very kind and knowledgeable. The room was clean. Beds were a little hard and no matter what we did the room was super toasty. We tried the a/c, but it was still very warm. The pool was perfect. My kids enjoyed it very much. Another downfall was the ice machine on the second floor is not working. Overall the stay has been great. My family and i are enjoying it.

there is black mold in our bathroom! I complained they moved my room only to have Black mold in our bathroom again! I complained front desk did nothing. Nothing!

Nice property. Gloria checked us in and was awesome! She gave us great recommendations for dining. She was super friendly. Bathroom shower was filled with mold and needs to be cleaned. Otherwise the room was clean and bed comfortable.

Every thing was a 5 star except being that close to the airport, planes were landing/taking off and woke us all up at 3 am.

Wonderfully close to the airport. I chose this particular hotel because of the pool. Unfortunately the indoor pool was freezing cold and not comfortable enough for my family to enjoy. I did a polar bear plunge and a couple of laps and I will say that it invigorated me enough to get up for our early flight. My kids loved the room. It was pretty suite.

Convenient easy self parking, shuttle service. Large room with sitting area large bathroom free hot breakfast.
