We got back from our 7 night stay here yesterday, and we are already missing the hotel and country so much! Everything is perfect, the rooms are huge and super clean, the staff are so helpful and funny, the food is fantastic, the pools are checked and cleaned everyday. I swear the cleaners don't stop! The animation team wasn't a big team but they were fantastic with our little ones aged 4 and 6, we all joined in on the activities. The location to naama is excellent! We did the safari whilst there and we loved it that much we did it twice. The boat trip is stunning especially white island! Wished we stayed for longer than 7 nights. But we will already looking to come back for longer next time! Thankyou to everyone who made our stay AMAZING, I would rate you 10* if I could xx love from the UK

素敵な休日を過ごしました、素敵なホテルです、スタッフは良く、親切でフレンドリーな人々です、素敵な休日を過ごしました、たくさんのプールがあり、海沿いにあり、桟橋があり、ホテルに戻る無料のシャトルバスがあります市内中心部へは毎晩1930と22:30に運行しており、日中は日光浴ができ、今夜は夕方に日光浴ができます。サービスの恩恵を受けることができます。1149階の部屋を掃除している従業員は、とても素敵なベッドメイキングをしてくれていました。スタンダードルームですが、部屋に来たとき、ベッドがとても曇っていました。とても満足しました。どうもありがとうございます。また来たいと思います。

非常に良いホテルのプロモーションマップは実際の状況と深刻に矛盾しています。商人がプロモーションマップを再撮影することをお勧めします。実際の装飾は非常にモダンで新しく、いくつかのレストランがあります(そのうち2つの中華料理は、Tucaoの味は平均的で限られています。予約が必要です) 全体的にとても良いです!滞在する価値のある大きなリゾート! !

We thought when booking it was for the front hotel, so was slightly worried when confirmation came through for the sport hotel, having read some of the reviews. Honestly needn’t of worried, yes the front is a lot grander and entertainment is geared for that hotel. However we found the sport side a lot quieter which we preferred but had the option if we wanted to go to the front hotel. Food isn’t great, only ever luke warm at best, ate out 5 of the 6 nights, but that’s because we ain’t fans of all inclusive. Staff work so hard, pool guys at sport side are great!! But the one for us was Ibrahim at the pool bar, he absolutely made our holiday, he is an absolute credit to the hotel. He went above and beyond to insure we had a great holiday ⭐️⭐️We will return just to see him 🙂

Pros.. I absolutely had a amazing time at the parrotel beach resort. All staff are amazing and extremely helpful. I travelled with my young child and mother and we all had a great time. It was my mums second visit. The restaurant managers and waiters were so helpful. And always helped if we needed anything for a special request. The buffet food i really enjoyed. It was plentiful and tasty. We loved the pools ! Small pool for babys and small toddlers. Bigger pool is also great. Enough space for guest. And there's a smaller pool near to beach. The beach was nice rocky beach. I'd recommend taking beach foot wear. Protective bottom for feet. Our rooms were to the left from restaurant on ground floor. Newly refurbished and really spacious with a small terrace with chairs. We had our room cleaned daily and water restocked daily. Cleaner was super helpful also. I tipped most people who were very helpful to us. The animation team were really motivating friendly amd super kind and great with my little girl. She was so excited every night for the evening kids entertainment. The cocktails were okay. I don't drink much so i had lemonade with strawberry syrup or the hibiscus cold drink In lobby bar. At 4.30 to 6.30 there is tea time english tea and pastries in lobby bar. Which was nice. The snack bar at pool starts 12pm to 5pm serving chips pizza sausages and fish and hot pastries. It's seems to change after few days In terms of options. Along with salads and fruits. And ice cream. They have a snack restaurant bar at beach also serving same type food. Buffet main restaurant time are Breakfast 7am to 10am Lunch 1pm to 3pm Dinner 7 to 9.30pm. Late breakfast Pastries only at pool bar. 11am to 12am. Pool bar snack 12 to 5pm Beach bar snack 12 to 5pm. Cons.. A better variety at the snack bars for food. Would be nice to have ig burgers ect. Evening entertainment where it was positioned I had alot anxiety my daughter would try run off to the pool as its situated next to main pool area. Other than that we had a lovely time and will definitely return again soon.

No words can describe the friendliness of the whole staff. Always smiling, helpful and makes sure that everything is up to our liking. There is a variety of food. There are 2 main restaurants one for adults and one for families with children, which was really convenient. Rooms are clean and beds are really comfortable. There are several pools and a small water park. The sea was good and there is a lot of corals and different type of fish for snorkeling. Maybe the only thing for serious swimmers the sea is not that deep … you will need to walk a bit to reach the end of the marina. Also i would recommend wearing rubber sea shoes. Special Thanks to Mr Khaled and Mr Kadri from the reception for making sure that the trip was flawless. ❤️❤️

Had the BEST time here at Pickalbatros Royal Moderna! We had a few issues with our room initially but the hotel staff were amazing and dealt with it efficiently! The entertainment team were just fantastic! They were fun, friendly and really made our holiday. So much so, I am booking again to return soon. All the entertainment team were amazing, no doubt about it, but a special shout out to Kimo and Zizo (see picture) they are just brilliant!! Thanks for everything ❤️ XX

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return again. 29/9/24 -7/10/24. The hotel and service have been so good, such lovely friendly staff and nothing is too much trouble. The food we found to be amazing too with 5 Al a carte restaurants which can be used with no limits but you do have to book. We tried them all with excellent food in all, especially the fish one. We preferred to use the restaurants around the hotel rather than the main one as the food and service was much better. The pools were all lovely and clean with drinks service around the pool, the lifeguards around the pool were also very friendly and good fun. Ice creams, cooling flannels and even a man cleaning sunglasses! were a real extra service meaning you didn’t have to get up all the time. The rooms were lovely we had a delux room with garden view which was near to pool area and very central. We have to mention the private beach too, which you can walk quite far out and see many interesting little fish swimming about. The staff were all lovely and very accommodating, they could not do enough for you. A few to mention would be Aswany making the best cocktails, Amet in the fish restaurant and Mohamed in block ** for making our room up everyday. We would highly recommend to anybody and will definitely be coming back.
