Sheraton Qingdao West Coast Hotel

The room was spacious. There was a portion of thr carpet in the room that I could feel the nails through. So wear shoes at all time. The bathtub was AMAZING. I need hotter water. Every time I needed to communicate with someone in English they had to come to my room or I had to go down to the lobby. It may be best to order things through an app or the TV. The only channel that worked for me was CNN. Thankfully I had my iPad.

Firstly I want to say Thank you to Vicky in the dinning room. She was the only person to assist us after seeing we needed help with a baby chair. We have asked other staff and they refused to help us.This was my 3rd visit to the Sheraton and MY LAST. The swimming pool lockers is disgusting. There was no towels or rubber shoes to take a shower the towels that was there was wet and on the floor. After walking around wet looking for a towel for my baby I eventually got someone to help. And when we left to go to our room and shower the towel was taken away as we could not go to room with it. We had to walk wet to our room and it was cold. In the process lmy baby got sick. The sauna was also filthy with empty bottles on floor and dirty wet towels inside. The water to the sauna was not working the bucket was empty and there was NOBODY TO ASSIST. I'm so disgusted at what happened I will never return and I will continue to post bad reviews of this bad service. The breakfast standard has also gone down. I suggest going down the road to the HILTON or CROWNE PLAZA. The staff and service is so much better and Sheraton you can learn how to run a good hotel service like the real 5 star establishments. My review will go on Google Facebook Wechat and every other place I can tell my story. What makes things worst after I told or tired to explain I was ignored or laughed at. 😡😡😡😡. Never again will I set foot here or spend my money at this so called hotel

Hotel was conveniently located. Rooms were neat. Breakfast was very good. Value for money. Dinner buffet did not have many options for vegans.

Nice location, nice a**osphere

Perfect environment with an amazing view. The food at Feast was next level and Yue restaurant had outstanding dishes. Looking forward to coming back to Qingdao and to this hotel.

We were reasonably happy with the hotel and breakfast buffet, however on check-out I was surprised to see movie charges on my bill. I said that the English on the tv video on demand service was misleading as I thought it indicated that there was RMB50 credit to watch movies for free, however the front staff mentioned that you have to pay for the first RMB50. I still had to pay for it and staff laughed about it, not happy with this service for such a major hotel group.

It is one of the best hotels in Qingdao when it comes to Services, food taste , food portions, easiness of check in and check out, entrance reception at any time arriving to the hotel at the main entrance, taxi door opening once reaching the main entrance, the cleanness, the air quality and freshness, the room temperature, the bed and pillows quality. The people are so nice, so friendly, so helpful everywhere in the hotel. I would like to thank everyone by name but I don’t know all the names. Special thanks also goes to Nicole at the front desk for her help, her English fluency, and making every process easy are of special qualities.
