The location of the hotel is great, just a few minute walk from the Chateau Frontenac. A beautiful park with amonumnet to Wolfle and Montcalm is right in front of the hotel. We booked a room for $400 which is high, in my opinion for a two star hotel. The room was tiny! We couldn't really walk around the bed, so little space. Went to the front desk to ask about a larger room. For $20 extra, we got the adjacent room with much more space including a desk and seating area. So if not happy with the room, ask about another option. Can have breakfast in the lobby, but it's not a space with ambiance. We chose to find a restaurant for breakfast. Valet sesrvice for parking.
KKwanGraceThe loft was spacious. The design was contemporary and it matched the romantic and chill vibe of Quebec City. Public car park was nearby. The lightings, the furniture, beds were comfortable and clean. The amenities were adequate and new. We loved the loft so much!
Perfect location with most of the major attractions within walkable distance.
Room rate is not cheap but it was worth the price.
It would be perfect if detergent was also provided as there was washer and dryer.
This accomodation was highly recommended.
Wonderful stay - the property is as charming as it is convenient. We had the studio with kitchen on the ground floor. The back door opened right to our private parking space so it was really easy to get around. Everything was spotless and well appointed. We checked out the terrace but of course it was cold and covered in snow. It’s sure to be wonderful during warmer months. The guest portal is very helpful. This was our first visit to Quebec City and our son’s first visit out of the US - this made a terrific first impression! There are restaurants and shops up and down the street. We would definitely book again in the future. Thanks especially to Jade, who was consistently patient with my questions!
We received great service during our stay in Quebec City. Two roomy rooms for our two families. The kids loved the recreation areas: darts, foosball, billiards, TV room. The adults appreciated the friendly service, from the booking process to our actual stay. We could put our food in the refrigerator, re-freeze our ice packs which is very handy when you’re on a family road trip. Quebec City did not disappoint and we all enjoyed our stay very much. The Auberge is right in the old city so you can walk everywhere.
Clean but aged lodging, as expected in the old town center. Great vibes in the surroundings. It doesn't have a sign, just trust Google maps when it says you've reached your destination. There's no elevator, and only 1 or 2 rooms on the ground level - not suitable for the elderly if you can't get the ground level rooms. It's right in the center of the old town, and right next to a nice park which also houses military?! 🤔
Recommend visiting the Wedding Veil Falls about 20 min drive away. You can get much more up close and personal than the Niagara falls. Enjoy a fanciful and delicious meal in the cafe at the top of the falls 🥰
