Great value for money

The hotel did not disappoint. The location is the best! Hotel staff are friendly and all familiar. Goes to show that people are staying. Room is more spacious than before.

Nice hotel. Location near shopping mall, the room big enough, the basic amenities provide.

Pros: This hotel is very accessible to Eastwood Mall and City Walk. Receptionist are very fast to answer my phone calls. Check out was a breeze - not sure because I checked out super early in the morning. Cons: Outdated hotel. Needs serious improvement. I arrived at around 1 pm and was told that the room is not ready until 2pm, they said they would call me but no phone calls were made and I was only able to go to my room at past 3pm. Some of the security guards are helpful, some are not. They didn’t even offer to help bring my luggage and stuff to my room which is at the 31st floor. The elevators are very slow and very narrow. The room was dirty and the beddings have stains. Also, the toilet seat has scratches. The blinds in the shower area was stuck and was damped in water. Towels are not soft, no bathrobes, room slippers are not usable. The windows were were very dirty. Sockets are loose. AC control is useless, the buttons are even damaged. The TV has a very low volume for cable channels. I wish other hotels are as prime as its location.

트윈베드 예약. 생각보다 방 사이즈 넓고 좋았어요. 남성게스트는 면도기 챙겨 가야되고~ 조식은 약간 아쉬워용~~ 종류가 다양하진 않네요 호텐2층과 몰이 연결 출입이 편리해요.

I requested to transfer to a room with a view since the room airconditioner equipment occupied the balcony and blocking our view to see the eastwood city. We were not transfered another room since it was fully booked :( I have 2 kids and they always want to see city view ang lights from the hotel room.

A nice 3 nights stay at a high floor room with views! The room was abit musty smelling when I went in but I got used to it when the AC was turned on. Room was very large and spacious and well presented. Bed was very comfortable. I loved the small sofa and the small table In front of it. Makes it nice to sit on and watch the Tv and the views! Bathroom was very large and water pressure was nice! Recommended stay In Eastwood!
