The Grass Residences

A lot of things went wrong for this booking. The owner kept us aware that we should not say we rented a unit through a website and that we would not be able to go through the main lobby to enter but rather was snuck through the back exit doorway. When we got there it wasn’t even the unit we reserved. Instead of a 2 bedroom unit that was posted we were given a studio unit. They also refused to at least give us some receipt for the deposit and expected us to rely on their word that they would return it the next day. I spoke to the owner regarding the concerns and she was very rude. Didn’t have any consideration and was pretty much making snotty comments as if I was in the wrong. I did complain to the ********** website and they were great, even gave me something back even if it was non-refundable. You really do pay for what you get. We ended up paying for the place but left that moment because of what we experienced and ended up in a wonderful hotel close by. Be careful for what you pay for especially through this “Andrea” account. Apparently she has more places she rents out so be careful.
