Excellent selection of food for breakfast. Room spacious, quiet, clean and comfortable. Nice gardens to the rear and a good jacuzzi. We dined in the hotel restaurant which was good. Special mention to the waiter who ran the whole show on his own as his colleague failed to turn up for their shift. He was cool and calm under pressure…taking orders, mixing cocktails, bringing food to tables, clearing tables, handling complaints, all with a unique sense of grace and composure…very impressive.

For some reason our reservation was booked for the wrong day in the hotels own system, but the receptionist saved the situation very well and we got the last available room for our family. Service was great and the relaxing spa after driving the whole day was perfect!

The hotel is located near the express road, but noice insulation is perfect so we did not hear any traffic. The room was spacious, there was a sofa-bed for our kid. Decoration was very modern and with taste. Breakfast was opulent, great choice and smart service. We were informed that on Saturday there was to be a wedding party but it did not disturb us at all. The room was quite hot before the air-con started working, so we had to open all the windows but then the rain came and we had to close them. We booked it via *********** and they did not inform the hotel that we're travelling with a child so a child bed was not prepared and we had to wait a bit (arrived after midnight). Also the safe did not work. The service staff tried to be helpful but they did not solve the problem and we gave up. The funny thing was with the glass wall separating the bathroom. It was very modern and fancy but the problem was that the curtain was on the side of the room not the bathroom :-)

We stayed at one of the beautiful and well-equipped apar**ents with a jacuzzi. We really enjoyed every aspect of the apar**ent: jacuzzi, king-size bed, two TVs, minibar. Breakfast was rich in options for everyone. SPA and gym helped us relax even better. Special recommendations for the restaurant Naturalna, many thanks to Artur, who provided outstanding service. Artur is not only a welcoming and warm person but knows its menu very well and provides great recommendations.

Warsaw Hotels fully (at least the first 100 I checked) booked. Only found 2 star at 250 EUR…. This was a GREAT alternative, as Inwas stranden for 22 h due to a cancelled flight. Uber to hotel, dinner There - fantastic! and taxi Back - well below the 200 eur level all inclusive. Bed was fine, room great. Service was good when I had problems connecting the electricity (code word, force to keycard down).

This hotel was a disappoin**ent. I booked a family loft room but it looked nothing like the pictures. Breakfast time is until 10am, but they stopped refilling the buffet at about 9:30, so by 9:40 most of the buffet was empty. Good way to save money for the hotel, but pulls the experience down. All in all it was bad value for the price we paid. i do not recommend it.

very enjoyable stay at the hotel. Everything was fine. Cleanliness, hygiene, safety. The hotel has a spa area. Breakfast very good. Exceptional food in the restaurant. Very close to the Suntago aquapark. I recommend

We stayed few times at this hotel as my partner dives at deepspot. It is 3 star hotel and does the job however they are few things I didn’t liked. Check in was very friendly and female receptionist was lovely, room ok size for rest. Dinner at restaurant was tasty and not overpriced, lovely Chris**as decoration. Now negatives: been located on the ground floor so we could hear noises from restaurant after 11.30 pm, same our neighbours next door were very loud. When I went to reception to report the noise issue male receptionist wasn’t helpful or friendly. Looked at me like I’m some nuisance to him. Noise didn’t stop, he didn’t bother to help compare hotel wasn’t busy. Would like to stay again but would be nice to be located on higher floor and male staff maybe need some more training how to deal with customer who is paying for relaxing night.
