Guest House Raleigh was a great choice for us. Amenities and design appoin**ents were perfect. Location is great for walking to bars and restaurants. Bonus - quite nearby for shows at Coastal Credit Union Music Park! As a plant lover, the greenery and life inside and out was a welcome touch. We will return for sure!!

WARNING!!Two flights of steep stairs before front door!!!Also, access is denied by lock code until 4 p.m. No staff on site, check in is by email instructions. Do not recommend. Uncertain about neighborhood. Our room is on the second floor, up a LONG FLIGHT of steep stairs. I have mild mobility issues and would NEVER have booked had these arrangements been mentioned in the listing. After managing the flights of stairs, it was almost worth the hassle. House is beautifully decorated, immaculately clean, light, bright and very appealing. Lots of thoughtful touches. Neighborhood very quiet, with an interesting and significant history. Can happily RECOMMEND if the access problems are irrelevant. And the model is not off-putting. Namely, unstaffed and remotely managed.

5 +. Biggest take away as someone who travels a lot for work and personal, the personal attention and care yall are able to give to your customers was great. And the ease for my entire experiencejj was unique. Everything was easy and clean and my room had everything I needed to feel immediately comfortable. Thank you. Highlights: the bed and bedding, the marshal bt speaker which I had on all the time and the robe. By far the best experience I’ve had while traveling. I spend 3 days.

My partner and I immediately fell in love with this place. The rooms are cozy and quiet and clean. Everything you need in a space for a trip and more. The location is walkable to downtown restaurants and bars and we had the most wonderful experience with the entire trip and the stay. We will be back

I flew in for a meeting, arriving at 10pm and leaving by 9am the next morning, so likely not a typical guest. There was really only one issue and that was the lack of an iron and ironing board in the room as would be typical for a hotel. There is likely one available, but i didn't ask. Other than this very minor issue, I liked everything about the property. The decorations and colors chosen are lovely and relaxing. The access after hours was simple and communication with the operators was more than sufficient. The property is less than a 15 minute walk to the convention center and an excellent alternative to the typical corporate hotels.

Nice little place close to central Raleigh. Large rooms, clean & clear instructions with personalised codes to the door. The one thing that could be improved is the breakfast. It’s pretty much just a yogurt and would be great with some juice and bread.

This is a beautiful, comfortable inn, located close to many restaurants and downtown attractions that are easily walkable. This older property has been updated with all the modern amenities you could want - like plugs and good internet, comfortable cooling, and a nice, large screen TV. The inn is sparkling clean, with beautiful, upscale linens and bathroom supplies. The hosts provide high end coffee and simple breakfast treats, and there is a lovely sitting area with a wide selection of alcoholic beverages for sale. There is also a nice private patio at the back of the property. Parking is easy and convenient either on the street or in the lot behind the property. The check in and door access is super-simple with an electronic entry code. We would happily stay again at the wonderful Guest House!

Only stayed one night and wished we had more time. Beautiful property. Restaurants and historic district around the corner. Loved it!

This property is largely self service. It is very well run. The property has been updated inside and is very clean and modern. Our room was bright and had direct access to the outside patio through large French doors. The room was clean and the bedding comfortable. The property is within walking distance of downtown Raleigh. Local food and drink options were located within a block or two of the property. The neighborhood could be cleaner but it seemed safe and walkable. Overall excellent experience.
