とても快適。とてもきれい。私たちは朝食と夕食を食べました-すべてが素晴らしく、屋上ダイニングルームはこの地域の素晴らしいパノラマの景色を提供しました。Ashishとチームは、私たちを歓迎し、私たちの滞在は非常に楽しかったです。

Bloom is neat and clean. Very business cum cozy for professionals and family prime who are on a purpose. The cleansing is very good. Services are very good. Morning breakfast varieties are quite handful. Nikhil, Sonu and Satyajit were very kind and took care of our needs both in morning and night. The food served were quite hot and right temperature for the weather. They stayed late to serve us which they need not do. They were smiling all the time to serve. Special thanks to Krishna ji, the guard at the gate. He was very helpful.

Awesome experience. Everything was perfect. Very polite staff and very fast service. Neat and clean rooms. Awesome food. Not a single point of regrets. Persons who took special care were Mr. Satish Mishra And Mr. Wasim Akhtar. Both are gems in the managerial team need special mention in my review.

During my previous visit to Ranchi I stayed here for one night on 26/04/2024 at this property but my experience was not good and I had shared my experience on Tripadvisor. In reply published here General Manager Mr Sudhir Mishra had assured me of improved service on my next visit. I, accepting his gesture, stayed here again for one night on 07/11/2024. Because of air conditioning cooling issue, my room was finally changed to 423 and I spent my night comfortably. It’s renovated room with good cooling. Since it’s just came in operation as have been told my hotel staff, it had some or other kind of wall painting/floor tiles’ smell, but it was ok. Room is nice. Bed linens were clean and hygienic. Toiletries and other basic amenities were available in the room. Housekeeping staff were polite and cooperative. All staff including Front Desk staff were humble and professionally attended me. Mr Shahzad Khan and an another senior staff (I don’t know his name) were very supportive. There seemed to be attentive too. I had dinner at restaurant where too I received good gestures. Restaurant staff including Mr Bijay Gorai provided proper service to me. Neatness and hygiene were seen this time too. However due to Chhath Puja festival, occupancy was very low. After dinner I took a round inside the premises ie open space of the property and enjoyed the evening as the weather was fine. In nutshell, I can term my stay as awesome stay. I hope, I will receive same or better service next time also.

Ideally located well built and maintained. Room service available at all times. The staff is polite and very cordial. Food is very good. Starters, main course indian food is good. Breakfast items are ok.
