We were given a room at the bottom most place of the building Room No 109 which was having a suffocating environment. We continuously had to keep the window open to breathe naturally and compromise our privacy. The room given to us was so far that we had to climb down multiple stairs of bigger size. We just wondered if these was given to any Senior Citizens having knee issues would end up in such a pain. Also there are no railings at the sides of which one can take support. The shower had low pressure and they won't even provide a dental kit and basic amenities like even a comb. The food served at dinner was not as expected. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

The Property was averaged with less facility’s and amenities , location is 10-15 km away from Karde and Murud beach ...Food was not so good with very less option over breakfast and alakat...! Lots of upgradation required on property and rooms. However staff and House keeping are very good and response well on time ...!

It was great experience at Keys lite Lemon Tree Dapoli. Felt like home grown environment. Very quiet and peaceful. It is in the remote place but that’s the charm of it. The food arrangements were really good and the staffs gave us absolutely vacation feel by helping us during the stay. We also really thankful about to hotel to allow us to bring our PET ***** with us.

Comfortable and Luxurious stay. Rooms are neat and clean with Balcony of Forest view. Polite and helpful staff. Welcoming reception staff. However need some improvement in Veg Food taste. Food was good but expected more. Will love to stay again.
