The reception lady was not very friendly when checked into the hotel, but the rest of the staff are very nice. The room looks dark and old. The shower switch fell out a few times when we tried to turn it on. The toilet got stuck easily. But the location was perfect, one minute walk from the train station.

The general facilities are good in the hotel, however the last 2 rooms haven’t been of the same standard with climate temperatures, water pressure and flushing. On the other hand if you get a good room then you should enjoy your stay

Hilton Reading will be convenient if you are driving, the room is clean. Receptionists are helpful, nice and professional. Breakfast is also friendly to vegetarian 😋

It’s ok. Room a bit old but breakfast good. Only that a guest sneezed onto the food when she was picking for her breakfast.
