Good things: Huge sized rooms. Comfortable beds. Smart tv. Thermostat controller inside the room. Ample parking Many food choices around the area, and in the hotel Not my favourite things: Buckets everywhere due to water drippings. Sound proofing can be improved: My room was beside an exit door, so it can get abit noisy, i can hear the conversations of the people in the hallway though they speak in normal volume, and the banging of doors from closing.

Absolutely a great stay, my husband and I travel a fair amount and we stayed here because of the price and we were not expecting too much but it was honestly one of the better stays we have had! Clean and friendly staff!

Front desk staff needs to improve their attitude...

服務很熱情，前台和經理都很親切。但最開始兩天屋內暖氣供應有點問題，維修員工調試很久依然沒暖風，準備換隔壁房間結果也沒有，最後實在沒辦法給了我們一個插電熱風機。除此之外，其他都很好，周邊交通便利，有超市和不少館子。

Upon arriving we had not the nicest check in. Followed up by being checked into a room with a dead smoke detector. We called for maintenance, but after awhile had to leave due to the loud beeping. We told the front desk that we had to go and to allow maintenance in to gix the issue. When we arrived back after 9pm ready for bed, we discovered the alarm was not fixed. We called again and someone came pretty quickly. However it wasnt maintenance. They were off for the night. The staff member took the smoke detector out after standing on our bed with his shoes on. And never replaced it. It just gave us an all around bad feeling. We then decided to look up reviews of the hotel... something admittedly we should have done before hand but we were looking last minute due to the incoming storm. Reports of bugs gave us crawling skin and difficult sleeps. We were also told it isnt a great part of town.

It was an underwhelming stay, the toilet got clogged with it two uses, pool closed while it was busy when the signed clearly said it was open, the service for in rhe restaurant wasn’t that good at all, the breakfast wasn’t the greatest.

Checking in was a breeze. The gentleman at the counter was friendly and helpful. Tons of vending machines, big exercise room and easy to get around. Pool looked cool. Didn’t get the chance to check it out but it’s huge with lots to do.
