It's been 4 years since I've stayed at Crosswinds Motel and once again, it exceeded my expectations. I traveled by bicycle from Smyrna, DE, for a 2-night stay, and when we arrived we were checked in quickly. I was lucky to have the only room on the first floor so I was happy not to have to carry my bicycle up several flights of stairs. The room had 1 queen bed, small refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker, plenty of thick towels, and a very spacious room. There was a small area outside with a small table and chairs were you could sit if it were warm outside. It's a wonderful place to stay. Very clean and quiet despite it being on Rehoboth Avenue. Close to restaurants, shops, and the beach. When the group was getting ready to ride home I couldn't get in my room. The key pad just wasn't reading the key. I called the manager who wasn't at work yet and she was able to help me gain access. This was greatly appreciated beyond words as it meant I could still leave with the group instead of riding by myself. This is the only place I'll stay when traveling to Rehoboth.
