nice hotel

We were in town for a wedding and couldn't have picked a better hotel or location. It was pet and family friendly, everyone was so nice. We enjoyed the hot tub, pool, and bar during our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

For the price point, exactly what you would expect. Service was great and staff was friendly. Bonus points for having a Black Bear Diner in the parking lot and getting a 10% discount showing your room key. The room was clean, minus the toilet/shower room having obvious signs of past use. The bed itself was NOT comfy but the pillows were great. The bed squeaked any time you moved. The A/C was cold and worked well.

Close to Goodyear Ballpark which was our main reason for staying there. Not on the pickup list for day trips to Sedona or Grand Canyon so we had to get an Uber to go get picked up. Restaurant minutes walk from motel was really convenient

The lighting in the bathroom was totally inadequate, the bathroom door hit the toilet and would not open completely, inside was reasonably clean but the outside was grimey and needed a least a broom cleaning. We stayed four days and the room was made up only once. Was charged a $20 early check-in fee even tho the room was ready. Hotel is adjacent to I10 and weatherstripping on the door was missing letting in the 24 hr traffic from the adjacent I10 interstate. Only redeeming aspects were comfortable mattresses and plenty of hot water.

The staff here is great! The hotel is awful though. Ghetto, smells like cigarettes, pool and hot tub not working. We checked out after an hour.

This is an average 2 star property, clean, comfortable and near food options. But the towels were worn and thin. It was not worth anything like the $249 plus taxes. It was about a $75-95 property. The most aggravating this is that we checked in around 11 pm after a long drive and when I called the front desk to ask for a noon check out, I was told that check out was at 11 and that if we weren't out by 11:30, we would have to pay extra. The management who put this unfreindly policy in place need to be told this is offensive and will make me avoid this motel in the future. Greedy and inflexible.

Not a bad stay, but nothing special. Older property with many units. staff was nice. have to ask for towels , coffee if you stay more than one day. Direct TV went down for a few hours.Over priced in my opinion but it was during spring training so they can get it

The carpeting and flooring in the room was dirty. Carpet looked as it had not seen a vacuum in weeks or a good shampoo since it was laid out. The furniture had gunk on it that had not been wiped. The bathroom vanity also needed wiping down. The safe box was dusty and there was dust and dirt underneath the the safe box. The luggage holder was lopsided and the metal was rusty. The bedding had burnt cigarette holes. I was bit the first night on back. Im pretty sure there were bed bugs or dust mites. The price I have been charged for this room is ridiculous and outrageous for the poor quality and state of the room. Very disappointed.

Overhaul the room was very clean. The only two issues I found were on the wooden base of the bed near the front of the bed. There was a screw that was sticking out about 1/2 inch. Got my ankle a couple times. The only other issue I found was in the shower. There was no shower liner to keep the water in the tub. There was just the cloth the shower curtain.

Didnt like i had to change rooms two times. First room the shower water was dropping all night. Manger on duty turned the water on to ensure it was working with other things since u have to leave a deposit. This room door was also hard to open it was stuck. It felt like someone was holding from the other side. SECOND ONE THE TOILET WASNT FLUSHING COERECTLY. IT WAS COMING UP TO THE TOP AND THEN SLOWING GOING DOWN. CALLED THE FRONT DESK THEY SAID IT ALWAYS HAPPEN . THEY WHERE SUPPOSED TO A SOMETHING FOR IT. WAITED 25 MIN THEN CALLED AGAIN AND THE PERSON WHO HELP ME LEFT. I WAS TOLD TO GO TO THEY PLUMBSHER. WENT TO GET IT NOWWHERE TO BE FIND . THE SWITCH MY ROOM . I WAS TRAVELING ALONGA AND IM DISABLED. VERY DISAPPOINT. I LIKE THE LOCATION OF THE HOTEL .

The property needs a little TLC. The Pool was filthy, not that this is weather for, but you should still have it appealing to people. The walk ways need so paint. The breakfast was a little skimpy. No hot food except waffles, juice bar was not working but they did have pitchers in the refrigerator. Lots of Danish, muffins, bagels, and bread. Had some bananas. It was very clean and the staff was wonderful.

Old and grungy. Limited breakfast. Not the safest area. No automatic house cleaning each day, must ask for it if you want it. Poor lighting in room. Had to switch rooms because mine was dirty in bathroom. Some shady characters around. Should have spent the few hundred extra bucks for the better hotel and breakfast. Girl in breakfast room very nice and helpful. Cool that there is a bar and pool tables attached to the hotel.
