「ホテルは大変良い立地にあり、建築様式はマホガニー/無垢材の東南アジア風なので、宿泊客のほとんどは地元のカンボジア人です。ホテルはすべて独立したヴィラまたはタウンハウスで構成されており、2階のユニットはありません。客室は全部で13～14室ほどあり、それぞれがとても広く、私たちが泊まったツインルームは玄関先の小さな中庭も含めて120平米以上あります。宿泊客が少ないため、フロントのスタッフはお客様の住所を覚えていて、名前を呼んでくれて、良いサービスを提供してくれます。朝食は一般的に中国ほど豊富ではありません。でも、隣に海鮮市場があるので問題ないです。」

「Knai Bang Chatt was truly impressive. The resort is beautiful, peaceful, and full of history. Although the property has been around for many years, it has been very well maintained, with so much care and character in every corner. The staff were excellent and made the stay even more memorable. From the first day, they kindly showed us around the resort, explained its history, and assisted us with everything we needed. Even late at night, they still made sure to escort us safely back to our room, which was very thoughtful. Although the resort is not directly on the beach, staying here felt like being in a quiet, private world away from everything. The atmosphere was calm, charming, and deeply relaxing. I would highly recommend Knai Bang Chatt to anyone visiting Kep. It is the kind of place everyone should experience at least once.」

「シービュールームでダブルベッドを予約しました。それはかなり大きく、バルコニーは海に面していて、朝食は大丈夫でした。夜、家族はバルコニーに座って潮風を吹き、赤ワインを飲みました。ロマンチックでカジュアル、そしてリラックスできました！周囲の環境も良く、海の景色もとても広く、いい旅です！」

「I had just one night at this hotel therefore I can't say too much. My room had nice panoramic view, the bed was comfortable. The room was clean. The door to the balcony was hard to open, some light bulbs needed to be replaced. There is an elevator but it was broken the day I was leaving. There was also pool where you can chill out. But would be nice to have a working cafe to have some snacks and drinks. The owners we're not very friendly, (but their English was not very good as well, so maybe we just couldn't understand each other clearly.) Somehow they managed to organise my transfer.」
