ダウンタウン レイキャビク アパートメンツ(Downtown Reykjavík Apartments)

Spacious room and straight-forward checkin. Bathroom was not very nice.

Good location for stay in reykjavik. But the washroom a little but dirty.

The apar**ent is located very close to the city centre so walking into the town to go shopping and drinking is very easy with buses also within walking distance. Honestly the walls are quite thin as you can hear people walking into the apar**ent from the front door into the neighbouring apar**ents. Me and my partner had a very comfortable 5 nights there as the heating is very strong the shower is nice and warm, and there is enough Delf and cutlery for about 4-6 people if necessary. For it's affordable price given its location so close to the centre I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a nice spot to sleep on your trip to Iceland

There’re a lot of kitchenware in the room which I liked the most about it. The room is big and clean. Location is not bad. The staffs responded quickly and were friendly. Good place to stay if you wanna save money by cooking meals yourself.

環境：在雷市市中心，位置很好，旁邊就是老街，有很多網紅店和幾家中餐店，這個位置到哪裡都很方便，衹需要步行。 服務：都是自助入住的，如果上午到達門口可能有人幫你入住，入住前幾天他們會發郵件，如果沒有收到進門的密碼什麼的要聯繫他們，不然像我們一樣，在冷風中站了10分鐘跟他們溝通再補發郵件給我們 環境： 入住的房間挺大的，比一般的酒店都要大，但是我們在一樓稍微有點吵。房間裏面有臭雞蛋的味道，但是這個是硫磺水的味道，一開始以為是下水道翻出來的。浴室裏麪沒有擋水條水開得大的話，很容易流到外面，一邊洗澡，一邊拿拖把在那邊刮 這個性價比在那邊還OK房間大位置優越，可以忽略掉他的缺點

Location was ok, not that close to the part of downtown you want to be in, especially with grandparents and a stroller in winter. We were going to open up the couch and turn it into a bed, but it was disgustingly dirty. The information in the room said the washer and dryer were free, but when you get down there, you have to download an app to pay for it. The app would not work for us, even after using the chat/help for the app. When we tried to talk to the manager on duty, he didn’t offer any help, when I called out for help in the “staff area”, no one responded, even though I could hear them in there. When I emailed them to ask for help, no one responded. We travel a lot, and almost always have good experiences, but felt abandoned and uncared for here.

Our room was exactly as advertised and was exactly what we expected. It was an economy price, one room, and perfect for our family of three. It was a bit cramped, but we expected that and it was fine for our short two-day stay. We could cook and hang out no problem. It was warm and we were grateful as it was winter and cold.

Really kind and friendly staff ready to help accommodate our needs for the hotel. Dishes and kitchen were clean and easy to use. Would have liked more than one towel per person but it was nice we could switch them out for our longer stay. Felt very safe and good location to walk all parts of the city.

It was a great stay. We enjoyed a lot staying here and we could also see the nothern lights from the terrace. Recommend here!
