Der Service beim Check-in war bemüht, aber auf Grund der schlechten Deutschkenntnisse unzureichend. Es ist sehr schade, wenn man auf eine Frage als Antwort ein JA bekommt und es aber doch gar nicht der Tatsache entspricht. Auch auf nochmalige Rückfrage erhielten wir vom deutschsprachigen Personal leider auch keine klärende Antwort. Und 35,- € oder auch 30,- € mit Rabatt sind unangemessen für das Abendbuffett, da einige Speisen sehr schlechte Qualität aufwiesen.

Wenn man vor dem Hotel steht, denkt man nicht, dass es solch bomben Aussicht von hinten ist. Die Zimmer sind so la la. Der Fernseher ist noch von 19….., mir wurde der zum Glück ausgetauscht, der wenigstens schon mal einen hdmi Anschluss hat. Sonst sind die Zimmer ok, müsste nur mal wieder tapeziert oder gestrichen werden. Das ist ist gut und ausreichend und der Pool war ein wenig kalt, aber man soll sich ja auch bewegen. Alles würde ich eine 8 von 10 geben.

Gelungenes Familienwochenende! Tolle Lage, gute Ausstattung, freundlicher Service, tolles Frühstück. Kleines Manko: nur wenige Barplätze für ausgebuchtes Haus und keine große Auswahl in Barkarte. Fahrstuhl auf der Restaurantseite war etwas nervig. Lange Wartezeiten und Tür schließt manchmal ewig nicht. Alles in allem: toller Kurzurlaub!

Perfect for families, we spent there the Chris**as Eve and it was a marvelous experience, the room was as big as an apar**ent, and is located in the city centre of Berlin, in a place easy to park without paying any toll

We are on a road trip across the central europe and we have been stay at many hotels. This hotel is one of the great ones. Pet friendly clean and comfortable. Rooms are wide and nicely decorated. Espacially staff is well professionals with friendly. Dining and brakfast was good. Definitely a come back point for us. Special thanks to the front desk agent who has a mohawky haircut sorry mate i forgot your name. I am also a hotel owner and that guy should be front desk manager. He explain everything plain an simple. He is well equiped employee. Kudos my friend.

The surroundings had a really nice a**osphere. The cabin was large but used a lot and could need to be freshened up and it was freezing cold. The food wasn’t too good

My girlfriend and I went for a long weekend in Berlin. We were looking for a central hotel and one where we could use as a base to travel around the city. The hotel is amazing, we loved the room and the staff are amongst the most friendly I have ever met. The location is brilliant and only a short walk from Potsdammer Platz S-Bahn station. If you’ve got the legs for it, you can walk to the Brandenburg Tor or the Museums Insel. In short the hotel is amazing

on a lake with yachts and a castle. it's not explainable how a 4 star resort has services that close very early. kitchen a la carte at 9 and drinks at 1030 (in summer sunset is at 1030) and spa and pool finish also early. not nice after a long day of biking, kayaking or trekking around lake. service was not friendly. ah. don't buy parking for 8 euros. it's a rip off. place is far and should include courtesy parking.
