距離市區有點距離，不過環境很好，帶陽台的房間，看花園很美！

Extremely bad hotel , hotel staff and services. Theft of e book reader ( kindle) in my room. Hotel reception manager Diego was super unsupportive and threatened me in the spot . No support provided to help with the luggage from room to taxi stand - and was threatened that if I don’t come down - the taxi will leave. I was told that they can’t help me with luggage , and it’s my problem on how do I come down. When I requested the night before - the reception promised me to help with the bell boy services . This morning I was told that since I am leaving at 630 am in the morning - we don’t provide such services before 7 am - so Diego doesn’t know why his colleague promised for help and he won’t help at any cost. When I complaint for the theft- the hotel didn’t know the process to handle complaint , and was told if it is stolen - there is nothing hotel can do about it. They don’t have any process to handle such complaints when housekeeping steals thing . Highly recommend never to use this hotel - in fact when I asked full name of the manager - I was denied the request and was told to leave as hotel won’t give full name of manager or the reception manager . Extremely bad experience-

Sicuramente ha bisogno di una grande manutenzione per essere un 4 stelle!!!!!! finestre e davanzali sporchi, rete materassi e cuascini vecchi, odore di chiuso,buona la colazione la mattina oer avere la fattura anche se avevo già pagato la sera prima ho dovuto attendere circa 20 minuti, a differenza di altri NH questo non lo consiglierei....

Ottimo hotel per congressi internazionali. Bella location, soprattutto sale riunioni interne e giardino esterno. Cibo buono e variegato. Una menzione speciale al personale di sala, sempre cortese ed attento alle necessità di ciascuno.

Worst experience ever! I don’t recommend this hotel AT ALL! first the wifi is HORRIBLE! Im in the room and a barely get any signal! But THE WORST PART IS THAT THE AIR CONDITIONER IS NOT WORKING! When we turned it on it was on 25c (77f) and it keep going hotter and hotter! I CALLED THE RECEPTION AND THEY TOLD ME THEY DIDNT KNOW WHAT TO DO AND THAT THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO. WORST SERVICE I EVER RECEIVED IN A HOTEL!! DONT COME

This hotel is very comfortable and close to San Rafael Hospital. The bus connections to the hospital and to the metro were fine and we never had to wait more than 10 minutes. The room was clean and had lots of space. Breakfast, with an extra fee, was very good and much better than other Italian hotels that I've been too. Not much to do nearby but lots of green open space

I paid for a suite for 8 days but got a bedroom with an odd add on room. I believe i had one of the few without a balcony. I was there for a serious issue and sitting on a balcony vs on. a bed would have made the world of difference. Add on that the restaurant was closed. Yes, there was a holiday. But, it was closed before and after the holiday. Which meant no food and no room service. The bar, empty as if abandoned. My bedroom windows literally had dry rot (wooden frames) and need replacing This does not stand up to the NH standard i have seen. have stayed at NH in Rome and other places, and have had absolutely wonderful experiences. This NH needs to r
