Wellnessbreich gleicht eher einem Rummel, was aber eher interessant ist, anstatt nervig. Kaum Liegemöglichkeiten im spa und nur 90 min frei je tag. Recht wenig. Zimmer schön, vor allem mit Flussblick. Essen gleicht einer Militärischen Mensa, gefühlt Millionen Menschen drin

Great rooms, amazing location, stunning views, friendly staff, good breakfast, everything is comfortable.

Close to attractions in old town. Every place is walking distance. Many restaurants close by and very safe place

Great rooms, spa and Nd gym

Exceptionally thin walls that mean you can hear every footstep and conversation up and down the hall. The water pressure was also so bad it stopped completely mid shower. Excellent location and everyone we met was nice enough but upon mentioning the issues we faced the receptionist was just completely silent and said nothing.

Hotel was excellent, food was very good, great location for old town, swimming pool and spa was amazing. Rooms were spacious & comfortable We had a very relaxed and enjoyable stay.

Pros: Great location from airport transport (22 bus), right on the edge of old town, great transport links to elsewhere. Modern, clean hotel, great views across the river and large spacious rooms which were well equipped (definitely opt for a river view room if staying here). Cons: Spa - not worth paying the extra or the extra on the room, whilst it looks great, the jacuzzi and general feeling was cold, so it was hard to relax. The steam/sauna room were okay and spacious though. Breakfast - Avoid, and again don’t bother paying for it here. The “hot food” was freezing cold at different times, choices were limited, and on our second time eating we identified mould on one of the cakes. After pointing this out to a staff member, it was quickly removed, however for a hotel of this calibre it’s not acceptable and made us question the quality of the other food and how long it had been sitting there. This was disappointing as we were expecting hot, fresh food after looking at the photos but this didn’t deliver. We didn’t eat there on the last day.

The hotel itself is not bad but it lacks basically in every single detail, the king bed option is actually two twin bed kept together by the bedsheets, there is no general switch next to the bed to turn off the lights in the whole room, the reading/bed light is too far from the bed you need to get up to turn it off, the tub is so narrow that you can fit inside only laying on your side, we arrived in a cold snowy day and the heating was off both in the room and in the bathroom, the bathroom got lightly cold after three days the room has been constantly a little chilly, the cleaning staff knocked at our door for 5 minutes in a row to ask if we wanted them to clean the room when the hotel has a policy that requires the guests to hand the clean my room sign on the door if you want it to be cleaned, the bar opens at 12 so no option for someone that doesn’t want to have the breakfast or in case you don’t wake up in time to have it…I should list many many others small details that all together make the hotel uncomfortable…and the parking…they declare to have a parking lot but is not even connected to the hotel and doesn’t belong to them but is a private open area 800 meters away from the hotel that you have to pay separately…it says wellness spa but it is more a business hotel considering all the features and small issues of the hotel…absolutely not suggested for couples

Hotel is very clean and rooms are just like in the pictures. Staff is very friendly.

Best sleep in a long while.

Very modern and spotless. I didn’t use any amenities other than the room and one good meal in the restaurant, but it did look like the spa offerings were nice.

Flott Hotell, fine rom, gode senger, god mat i resturanten. Forventet tilgang til Spa avdelingen hele oppholdet men kun 1,5 timer 2 ganger i løpet av helgen. Hadde booket early check inn, dette var ikke i orden. da vi ankom. Høyt prisnivå på det meste. Virket som hotellet var underbemannet. Tungvindt med alle mailer og bekreftelser vi Hotels .com og hotellet. Uansett vi koset oss veldig denne helgen :-)

Very nice hotel in a great location. Bus and tram stop just across the street. Walking distance to the old town. Very nice facilities however pool access is on extra charge which it was not mentioned during the booking process eventhough pool is mentioned on the amenities list
