Very clean and affordable place.The staff is very nice.Mr Negi at the reception was very helpful.Made our trip memorable. Above all, there is a lift to make it easier. Well located in the middle of town.

No professionalism in hotel staff's behaviour.. Hotel staff was abusing in front of guests Don't know how to behave with their guests Won't recommend Price changes in 10 minutes...not co-operative at all

Worst hotel don't stay here. They charge huge money and provide zero service. In midnight AC fans stopped working. No light in Room. Intercom was not even working. You will be helpless in midnight. Also staff is very rude. Worst hotel don't ever plan to stay here. Beds washroom are not clean.

this is the most Terrible and pathetic hotel. please do not waste your money . i wont right big paragraphs ..few points 1. Cleanliness - Not at all clean hotel . hotel staff take shower in guest bathrooms . bad smell in bathroom. 2. Gyser , Charging points /plugs does not work. 2. Wi-fi - this hotel does not belive in giving good service so they straight away says no wi fi 3. Food - worst quality 4. Behaviour : very bad behaviour....if you give feedback to correct something they will abuse you. if you inform them that facilities are not good they just say abusive words and will say you can leave the hotel. i can just say , better to stay somewhere else ... they charge so much but value of the stay not appropriate
