ホテル カナリーノ(Casa Canarino)

Beautiful place but the staff treats its clients in strange way. We booked an apar**ent with 2 rooms. Without telling us nothing they had changed our Apar**ent to a smaller one, with one room only. It seems there is no honesty in their business. My partner went to reception to claim about this and only then they admitted to have changed our apar**ent to another. Of course it didn't satisfied us for what we payed (and I tell you we don't usually book any luxury places. We had had a long day so did stay because *********** has so complicated system in case like this to change the place of staying and we should have repaid in advance to get a new place somewhere. They promised us to have free parking and breakfast anyway nothing can change the fact they did this fact they don't respect their clients enought. We have been doing turism ourselves and always tried to serve the clients so that they remainef satisfied. This was not an error but a planned thong. Sad to see how the business works nowadays .. The place has a swimming pool but it was available only 9-18, could be a bit earlier and also later available, for also those turists who arrive a bit later like us, 17:45.... The shower didn't have any holder and it seemed like the renovation of the rooms wasn't even finished to the end yet Beautiful place but we won't return anymore

We stayed here for one night in the family suite. The room was elegant and tasteful, the location is very good for walking into town and exploring the beautiful places to eat and see the lake. Great little pool too cool off.

A fairly standard style of hotel with modern but basic rooms and small bathrooms, but very clean and in such a great location. The steps out of the 'back door' took you straight into the old town and its many bars and restaurants. Pool area was lovely and the road noise didn't disturb. Great value for money in comparison to many other options I looked at in Riva. The first greeting at reception was relatively blunt but all other interactions were good. My Italian is not great, so perhaps it was just a language challenge! A good stop for two nights, but probably wouldn't want to do more.

Liked · I booked the hotel just for one night and I think that is sufficient. I chose this hotel because of parking availability (although I had to reserve it prior to my visit and pay for it on top of my room rate) and because of location - there is weird secret "indiana jones" :) entrance directly to the city center. Room was very clean, bed was comfy, breakfast offered also gluten free options and staff was very knowledgeable about it. Disliked · Receptionist was kind when we wanted to check in, just she "threw" so much information on us that it was rather exhausting than informative. Room although clean, was having thin walls and AC working weirdly - I think it wasn´t making the air colder at the end, despite bein loud and unable to turn off. As we were only one night, I let that be.

Pernottato x 3 notti x una fiera, bel hotel, peccato x il rumore dovuto alle pareti sottili, all'aspiratore del bagno cieco e dell'impianto di riscaldamento. Bravissima la ragazza della colazione come la colazione. Voto sufficiente nel complesso

Esattamente quel che mi aspettavo in relazione al suo prezzo. Hotel in pieno e senza parcheggio (se non lo si prenota in anticipo) tuttavia ci hanno indicato parcheggi gratuiti a 3/5 minuti a piedi. Camera correttamente dimensionata, troppo calda anche con il riscaldamento al minimo! Ho dovuto aprire la finestra ed era il ponte dell’Immacolata! Colazione molto ricca.

Il posto di per se è molto bello e molto comodo al centro storico, avendo un “passaggio segreto” che ti permette di accedere direttamente al centro in pochi secondi. La struttura sembra ristrutturata e ben tenuta, per pulizia e ordine. Venendo alle note dolenti, non so ancora dirvi della colazione perché sto facendo questa recensione alle 3 di notte. Un’ora fa un gruppo di turisti stranieri è tornata nello loro camere facendo un caos assurdo, facendoci sobbalzare dal letto, svegliando il nostro cane che ha cominciato ad abbaiare. Vanno avanti da un’ora, parlando ad alta voce e sbattendo porte, trascinando mobili. Pareti dunque che sembrano di carta pesta, insonorizzazione assente. Come assente è il personale dell’hotel, che lascia quindi gli ospiti dello stesso in balia della maleducazione altrui. Inaccettabile per il costo della struttura. Poi 15 euro(2 anni fa erano 10) al giorno per un posto auto, dove l’auto entra a malapena e bisogna fare a sportellate per scendere rischiando dunque danneggiamenti. Non torneremo

Posto stupendo, pulizia e gentilezza estrema, un grazie particolare a Manuel e al proprietario che ci ha fatto sentire a casa. La posizione è centrale e ti permette di raggiungere in pochi secondi a piedi le principali vie del centro.Ci torneremo sicuramente. A A presto, Antonio da Monza

Abbiamo alloggiato in questo hotel di ritorno in Italia dall'Austria. La nostra esperienza è stata ottima: l'hotel si trova in posizione centrale, con accesso diretto al borgo. La camera era molto ampia, spaziosa, pulita ed arredata con molto gusto. Bellissima la terrazza. Colazione buona, varia e con prodotti di qualità. Personale gentile e disponibile. Assolutamente consigliato.
