ホテル ベリエッロ(Hotel Veliero)

Very good hotel, clean and friendly staff. Located near the tourist attractions and San Marino. Just be prepared for difficult parking as this is a tourist attraction spot.

소소한(?)단점들이 없지는 않지만(엘리베이터 없음 등등..), 비수기여서 그런가, 가격이 착해 가성비는 갑이었다. 방, 청결, 조식 등등... 모두 만족스러웠으며, 스탭들도 매우 친절했습니다. 나의 요청에 최선을 다해 도와주었으며, 한국에 비하면 당연히 느린 편이지만, 이탈리아에서는 상당히 일처리가 빠른 편이었다. 언젠가 다시 방문할때까지 스탭분들 모두 그 미소를 잃지않고 계시기를 기원한다. Although not without minor (?) disadvantages (no elevator, etc..), Probably because it was the off-season, the price was good and the value for money was good. The room, cleanliness, breakfast, etc... All were satisfactory, and the staff were very friendly. I did my best to help with my request, Of course, compared to Korea, it was slow, but in Italy, the work was done fairly quickly. I hope that all the staff will not lose their smile until they visit again someday.

Arrived an hour early and was offered a double queen room that was ready since king was not. There was no shower curtain… The floor attendant immediately got one. Then went to take a shower and no hair dryer in the room. Again one was obtained by the floor attendant. As the evening wore on it became evident the AC was not cooling - room temperature was stuffy despite set at 66 ( outside temp 60). We were exhausted and didn't want to pack and move; I didn’t say anything but intend to report it to the desk at checkout so it can be evaluated and repaired.

Always stay @ Best Western Plus in Myrtle Beach (only place I've ever stayed) each year for Bike Week. The Hotel is always clean, convenient @ reasonably priced with great morning coffee and more breakfast items than a bowl of cereal. They even provided towels to clean the bikes. The staff is always an 11 (on a scale of 1 - 10) professional, friendly & very accommodating. I expected and received the same experience in Charleston on a recent stay with my 87 year old Mother, who was there for a medical procedure @ MUSC Charleston. My "go to" home away from home. Very satisfied!

The reception staff was excellent. Once I got to the bedroom was good however the bathroom was not at all equipped for a disable as I asked. The toilet was very low and not bars to help to get up. I was not able to used it instead used a female urinary container I traveled for situations like this. I was not able to get in a bathtub with bars. I specifically asked for a shower. Very disappointed and made my staying difficult.

Family of 5 stayed in a 2 queen suite with pullout couch bed. The hotel seems to have been remodeled but not very well done. Lots of dust on bathroom light fixture, leaky shower head, worn rooms and moldy spots in shower caulking, bedding sheets and towels had bare threads showing through holy spots. Breakfast was ok. Same options or less every morning. The yogurt machine never worked right. Waffles were a favorite. Indoor pool was a plus but there was never any pool towels. Over all for the cost and quality it was ok.

Miss. Kenya and Miss. Cathy Cuttino, Kenyon ALL make this a fantastic place to come to. We find that it is quiet and clean. Central enough to get an Uber to go see the sights of downtown Charleston etc … ULTIMATELY it is the STAFF at this location that keeps us coming back. They know customer service and it is evident in their demeanour they like what they do. A GREAT representation of Charleston, Thank you so so much. We will be back.

The staff was VERY helpful to our needs. We had an unusual request and the front desk staff was very supportive.
