Stayed 4 nights here. The hotel is centrally located. The breakfast buffet is superb. Hotel and room were clean. It was quiet at night. Air condition a bit difficult to set up. Two water bottles per night were provided. Free newspapers were missing.

Central property but in dire need of some attention. Everywhere you look the surfaces are scuffed, bumped and worn. Carpets in the rooms with cigarette burn marks or dirty in general. Bathroom with rusty floor drain cover and shower full of brown mildew (lack of mechanical cleaning/scrubbing). The staff compensates a bit of that though as all of them was very forthcoming and on arrival, for example, helped me over the phone to navigate to the hotel. Nice and plentiful breakfast included with good and strong coffee. Sells itself as a 3-star and with a good deep cleaning absolutely lives up to that.

This is an absolute ran down place. I wonder why Novotel are not ashamed to manage such a property. It should be either taken from the market or revamped but surely not offered for hotel guests. Dirty bathrooms, stained carpet and damaged furniture. No hangers for clothes in the wardrobes. No whatsoever service, empty minibar, no facilities to sit and enjoy time. I will never ever return to this place and I cannot suggest booking a room there. The staff is also very lazy and impolite.

Hotel looks a little bit outdated and perhaps need some new carpets and refurbishment. Beyond that, the service and comfort of the room were good. For those driving, beware that the carpark entrance way is very narrow and tight.

this place is shabby. Carpets have smoke burns and stains, and the room stinks of chemicals they use to cover up the smoke smell or other smells. The bathroom is horrible too. signs of rust everywhere. The shower handle was broken. the hotel is centrally located and was not busy when we arrived, still, for some odd reason we were given a room facing a wall, like it would have been too much to give us a room with breathing space or street view

This hotel is Suckks big time. Please dont go here. I requested for cancellation 24-48 hours before check in and they didnt approve it and charge mu credit card full payment. They dont give option for others as well. They simply want your money simply When they know you cant make it. Please avoid this hotel and dont pay till you arrived physically

Worst hotel you can stay in. Found post shave hair stuck on the shower wall. Female hair in the sink. Carpets and curtains are stained, ripped and torn. NEVER stay there

My room was full of burn marks on the furniture and carpet, the carper was old and stained, the shower was leaking and shower cubicle yellow from limescale. There were no coat hangers and drawers had missing nobs. The aircon very loud.

I will not stay at this hotel again. This hotel used to be my choice before 2020 where I stayed here once a year since 2014. However, I was really dissapointed during my last stay last month due to these reasons: 1. Very slow check in 2. Very old room given with old furniture and smelly room. 3. Very bad breakfast. Better breakfast outside of the hotel. I hope one day this hotel will be changed with new management and refurbished very soon. It is not up to Novotel standard. Thank you.
