Maintenance for my King room was poor. Crayon marking on all walls, multiple dead roaches one live example presented to management. Kitchenette with full size residential range and sink contained zero dishes utensils or silverware. There was one straight back chair, no table or desk. The full size refrigerator was however spotless, inside. Gaps around plumbing and floor to wall thru out because of falling baseboard carpet. It would appear the remodel effort for this room was painting one wall orange and an orange painting installed. Oh, and the hot/cold water was plummed in reverse. How to remedy? Magic eraser and actually vacuum and use insecticide.

Well they offered breakfast . Other than that it was a terrible experience that left us with the option to sleep in a room with cockroaches or our car . Management was not helpful or accommodating .I feel bad for the people that have to work there and take the blame for their management or lack there of . The hotel was dirty and smelly that they tried to mask with plug in air fresheners , mouse poop in the dressers and there was cigarette butts all over the common ground . What a nigh**are .

When i checked in i couldnt understand the lady i was speaking to. Our room smelled musty and like vomit. The pile of dirt behind the bathroom door was full of hair. We had bugs in the room. It was just gross all around but every other hotel in the area was totally booked so we had to stay.

Friendly & helpful staff, clean, and convenient location. Slightly noisy - foot traffic - kids running down hallways - due to BMX competition @ Virginia horse center and every room booked. Breakfast good but mostly carbs - no eggs or meat. Despite these little issues, will book again without hesitation. Mike & Jenn

When we arrived there was a lady at the check-in counter was friendly enough but distracted by a video chat she was participating in...However, I did check in with minimal fuss. A bit later came through the lobby and the lady was on the same conversation and the person on the computer was using bad language that was easily heard throughout the lobby...Not sure I'll use again as I don't really want to have to listen to that a second time.

This hotel is rated high, probably solely based on cost. It is what it is, it’s a $70 a night hotel. Not the cleanest, not the nicest, continental breakfast was not worth the trouble. I did like the location, hot water/water pressure in shower was good, beds were comfy, room with 2 queen size bed was large enough, and I did feel safe here. Door entry cards stopped working on second day of stay, but staff was on the spot fixing the issue. Overall, I would stay here again.

Friendly staff but the shower was always cold, dirt, crumbs, and bugs everywhere. Dirty hand prints all over the tv and mirror. Stains on lamp shade and blankets. Our room stunk pretty bad.

The rooms are dirty. The walls in the bathroom haven't been washed in a long time. Found a dead cockroach on the floor. Also a live cockroach crawling out of the tissue box holder in the bathroom. A friend also seen a cockroach near the coffee maker in the dining area.. Do not recommend staying here ever.
