I would like to take some time to make a comment on this hotel. Indeed, if you want to visit Dazhai, for your own pleasure, please be sure to take a room in Qingshan N°1 Longji Courtyard hotel. The service is perfect. They have their own driver who comes pick you up at Dazhai parking. They take your luggage directly in your room. The personnel are so nice and smiling. There is a driver who takes you to the cable car or drive you to the nearest spot for hoking. They also propose a laundry service. They take your clothes, wash them then dry them. Let's talk about the room. They are beautiful. Very good bed, new equipment, intelligent toilet. New technology hair dryer. The view is also astonishing on the rice fields. Breakfast is fresh and delicious as well as the dîner. If you want to enjoy your visit in Longji rice field, you must stay here.

I stayed 3 nights, ate every dinner there and would absolutely come again! I was super lucky to get an upgrade on arrival (see photo of the view from my balcony 7am in the morning) I‘d read that staying 3 nights was too long, but for me it was perfect. I did the dazhai to ping‘an hike one day and took the gondola up the next day. On my last morning they even drove me down to the parking lot to get on the right bus. Super sweet! Only minor issue: my room was a non-smoker room and it really did not smell of smoke at all unless I tried to use the aircon. Somehow the air coming out of the aircon smelled of smoke. For me that wasn‘t a huge issue as I decided not to use the aircon & was fine.

My recent stay here was one of the most memorable travel experiences I've had. The rustic ambiance and personalized service stood out. Even though my dad was unable to cover much hiking ground due to age, he thoroughly enjoyed his time. The accommodation itself was adequate and comfortable, with the corner unit providing a great vantage point. But it was the exceptional friendliness and hospitality of our host that truly made the difference. She's always willing to share stories and give suggestions, making us feel right at home. Her attention to detail was impeccable. The homestay also arranged for transfer service from the Guilin train station and even accommodated my special dietary needs with delicious meal arrangements. Their efforts went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Excellent location , in the Dazhai village center, easy 7 minute walk to the Dazhai parking lot for the cable car and the local buses to Ping'an and long hair show village (forgot the name). You can also walk to three observation platforms from the foothill to hilltop. Room: spacious, clean, with all the amenities as described. Hosts: a young couple with kids and mother, nice, welcoming people. Although they do not speak English, you can easily communicate via WeChat. They helped me with booking a bus to Guilin. The hotel is recommended for nice views and local village experience. I would like to have a menu, as well as a sketch map of the area with observation platforms, villages, hiking routes in English. Information on local events and local but routes/ schedules would also be helpful for non-Chinese tourists.

酒店很有特色，住起來很有感覺，家裡人都很好，熱情好客，環境好，空氣好，離金坑金佛頂不遠，上去的路上還碰見了客棧的老婆婆，我們回來還要接我們去很感動，還有好吃的竹筒飯，尤其是這個米酒太好喝了，真正的好東西！酒香四溢！家裡兩個長者都很好，很愛聊天，非常好的一次住宿體驗！很有意思

Superbe expérience ! L’hôtel est extrêmement bien placé, à moins de 5min des meilleures vues sur les rizières. En revanche, l’accès à l’hôtel est un peu compliqué mais il suffit de prendre contact au préalable avec celui-ci pour que ce soit plus simple. La propriétaire est d’une extrême gentillesse et est très serviable. Les repas qu’elle propose sont excellents. Je recommande fortement l’hôtel pour le calme et la vue. (Se renseigner au préalable pour la piscine car pour nous, elle n’était pas disponible)
