The Arrival We were met at the baggage claim by a happy-looking guy holding up a sign that said ”Crimson” and were directed to the van, which took us to the boat terminal. There was a private waiting area inside the terminal, where we waited about 20 minutes for the boat. The boat ride took about 15 mins, going to the far side of the island, instead of the dock directly across the water. We were pleasantly surprised by a beautiful rock formation we’d never known was there, since in all the times going to Boracay, we had never seen that part of the island. From there, we rode a van to the resort, which was about a 10-minute ride. Staff was very pleasant, and all around a good pick-up experience.   Checking in We were welcomed with a glass of dalandan (citrus fruit) flavored iced tea. It was a quick check-in, and we were happy to know that our hotel room was ready right away. We were escorted to our room.   The Suite Our room was amazing! We came to Boracay to celebrate our son’s birthday. When we entered the room, they surprised us with a “Happy Birthday” sign on the bed as well as on the TV screen. There was also a cake and cookies which the kids loved. We booked a 1-bedroom suite with a plunge pool. For reference, we are a family of 5, and the kids' ages ranged from toddler to preteen. The room was spacious enough for all of us and very clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. For someone who has spine issues, I slept well. The bathroom had all the toiletries you would need, from the loofa to bubble bath. Shower water pressure matters to us 😅, and it didn't disappoint. Also, there was also a crimson tote and a beach sombrero. They were very thoughtful with what they chose to provide for guests.   The Restaurants   Saffron cafe - Our booking included breakfast, which was buffet-style. There was a wide selection of food, including continental and Filipino breakfast, a carving station, omelette station, bread and pastries, and dim sum and noodle stations. Some Mediterranean, Japanese, and Korean dishes too. The servers were all so friendly and accommodating, always happy to serve. Mosaic - Latin American grill The first thing that struck me was the beautiful interior design. For appetizers, we ordered the octopus, Caesar salad with anchovies, and the salmon tiradito as appetizers. The octopus paired very well with beets which was unexpected; Caesar salad, you can never go wrong with, while the salmon was just ok. For the main course, we ordered The Tomahawk steak and the cod which were excellent. They served the steak with different choices of salt and sauces, which elevated the flavor and the presentation of the food, and all of them were good. By the way, all restaurants in the resort had a kids' menu, which came with a drink, main entree, and dessert. Do yourself a favor and order their Tres Leches 👌 Azure Beach Club - so accommodating, and the food was great! We entered the restaurant wet from the rain, and they were happy to sit us

素晴らしいホテルです！私たちは 2 時間半早く (ローシーズン) チェックインしました。部屋の準備は整っており、結婚記念日を祝う贈り物が私たちを待っていました。 ご予約の際、到着時にデポジットの支払いが必要となりますが、その必要はありません。私たちは出発しませんでした。 部屋は広く、清潔で、余分なものは何もありませんでした。 エリアはかなり広く、ビーチは涼しく、砂は小麦粉です。ホテルはクリムゾン ホテルとシャングリラ ホテルの間に位置するため、ビーチはこれら 3 つのホテルで同じですが、生活費はモーベンピックの方がはるかに快適です)。従業員は海岸のあらゆる種類の藻類を積極的に除去しました。透明カヤックでの写真撮影 20 分 - 300 ペソ。 時刻表によれば、中心部から2駅目のDモール行きの無料シャトルバスが出ています。事前申し込みが必要で、応募者多数。 敷地内にレストランがあります。イタリア料理はまったく印象的ではありませんでした。市場で食べることができます。価格は2番目の駅のレストランとプラスまたはマイナスで同じですが、メニューの価格に+22％もあります（税金とサービス） 。予想通り、朝食は素晴らしく、すべてがたくさんあり、おいしいです。チョコレートアワーは15時間から16時間くらいです。 16:00 ～ 18:00 ビーチバーでのハッピーアワー - カクテル 1 杯の料金でカクテル 2 杯をお楽しみいただけます。 全体的に、値段の割に良いホテルだとお勧めします。

これまで宿泊したシャングリラのホテルの中で一番良かったです。サービスは完璧でした! ホテルの従業員は皆とても親切で優しかったです。

ステーション 1 の静かで穏やかなエリアにあります。スタッフは親切です。ビュッフェ式朝食の選択肢が豊富です。無料のドリンクとチョコレートも提供されました。プールにアクセスできる部屋だったので、子供たちはプールを楽しみました。全体的に素晴らしい滞在でした。ありがとうございました。

5つ星の評価に値する!フロントデスクからプール、ビュッフェアテンダントまで、誰もがとてもプロフェッショナルで親切でした!サービスは最高でした!彼らは部屋の改装を続けており、騒音の問題で工事を中止するように頼まなければなりませんでした。スタッフはすぐに行動を起こし、謝罪の形として付属のフルーツトレイで謝罪しました!これは必要ありませんでしたが、とにかく感謝しました。

これはボラカイの比較的新しいホテルリゾートです。外観は素晴らしく見えます。ロビーとチェックインカウンターは別で、良いと思います。チェックインまたはチェックアウト時に気を散らすことはありません。シングルベッド2台のスーペリアルームを与えられました。部屋はとても広としていました。必要なものはほとんどすべて揃っていました。彼らは3kデポジットを要求しました。中にミニバーがあることを願っていましたが、ありませんでした。 3kは可能な損害賠償でした。もう一つの欠点は、私たちがまだ流行しているので、彼らはアルコールとマスクを着用する衛生用品を用意しなければならないということです。

ボラカイの最高の場所です。ホワイトビーチとディモールの両方を挟んでおり、ボラカイのすべてを徒歩で楽しめます。スタッフもフレンドリーで、プールのコンディションもとても良いです。特に、ルーフトッププールでは海が雨のようです。韓国人が多い所は理由があるという真理を悟るようになるでしょう。

Contemporary, clean, and very nice 5-star hotel in Boracay. Located in the eastern part of the island, it’s about less than a 5 minute ride from the hotel pick up/drop off point of D’mall (station 2). It has a huge pool at the center of the property and a smaller pool that’s near their private and relaxing beach (sand is not as fine compared to the western part of the island). The landscaping of the property is very well maintained. The ambiance and design of their restaurants (Qtchen for the included buffet breakfast and Seafood for dinner) are also contemporary and tastefully done. The hotel is composed of several buildings and they are named after the different bodies of water. We stayed at the Indian (ocean) building and we booked in their premier one bedroom suite which was very roomy and nice. It had its own kitchen, dining, and spacious living room, the bedroom had a queen size bed. The bathroom is also big with a bath tub. Our room also had a wrap around balcony overlooking the main pool and and garden. Very nice. We used the main pool during the day and night and both times the water was warm but the pool isn’t heated. The huge pool was divided into different depths/areas wherein the depth ranged from 1-4 feet. The three feet area had the jacuzzi type function. Very relaxing. The breakfast buffet offers a good selection of dishes and the majority changes everyday. They had a noodle and egg station. Most of the local and international dishes would taste as expected. Was a bit disappointed with the bacon because it was tough instead of crispy. I enjoyed the daily congee and the noodle soup station. Dinner at Seafood was a nice experience. We had a drink voucher with our stay. The ambiance is nice, good for a date night. Servers are very knowledgeable and I appreciate them explaining the components of each dish. They were also very attentive. Food is good and I especially liked the lechon rice which was delicious and generous. The experience was not cheap. Room service was excellent. Food was also generous especially the noodle dish and all were very tasty. Tip: you’re entitled to two mineral water bottles per person each day, if you have room service, ask for additional pitcher of iced water if needed. Great staff, good facilities. We had an overall wonderful stay at Aqua Boracay, except the shower. In our room, B1-205, it was so difficult to get the right mixture of hot and cold water. No matter how big or small the adjustments one makes, the water would either be cold or too hot. I called the attention of the front desk about this during my checkout and I hope they resolve this. Another suggestion for management, pls have better quality bedroom slippers because what you provided were so thin and cheap. Lower starred hotels have much better bedroom slippers. And have your brand printed on it.

ウェブサイトでボラカイのホテルのサービスが最高だと知り、事前にフライト情報と名前を尋ねました。飛行機を降りるとすぐに車が迎えに来てくれました。桟橋に到着したら、すぐに島に行きました。もう1台の車があり、ゲストは待たずに島を出るとすぐに空港に行くことができます。サービスはフレンドリーで、手続き全体を通して荷物の扱いを手伝ってくれます。 S2路地でバスを降りてから少し歩く必要がありますが、荷物を持たずに歩くのは簡単です。 ホテルに到着すると、ウェルカムドリンクを飲みながらホテルのマネージャーがチェックインを求めます。スイミング プールでの写真 (サプライズです。チェックアウト時にお土産としてプリントアウトされます) おまけに、3 時以降はスイミング プールの横にアイスクリームとポップコーンが食べ放題です。インターネットセレブレストランChachaも同じレストランが所有しています。S1リンデホテルに滞在した後は、リンデは空港までの送迎サービスしかないため、コーストボラカイまでは迎えに来てくれません。リンデでチェックインするので、リンデに滞在してから戻ってくることにしました。S2ですが、すぐ外にココナッツグローブビーチがあり、きれいな水と柔らかい砂があり、快適に出かけることができます。このサービスのレベルは、友人全員に本当にお勧めします。

Très bel hôtel situé à la station 1 sur la White Beach un peu à l’écart de l’agitation du centre ville (proche de la plage Diniwid) Tout d’abord je tiens à préciser que j’ai rajouté une 4ème étoile au commentaire uniquement grâce à l’accueil du personnel (notamment l’accueil de la jeune femme ayant réalisé avec nous le check in et Check out) et à la qualité du breakfast. Pour les points positifs : - Très belle vue depuis les chambres - Bâtiment moderne - Accueil et professionnalisme du personnel - Très bon breakfast et restaurant - Localisation - Piscine à débordement Les points à améliorer : - Wifi très instable, c’est un peu limite pour un 5 étoiles étant donné le prix des chambres (400 euros la nuit) - Nombreux trous dans le carrelage de la piscine à débordement, pas très classe pour un 5 étoiles également - Climatisation bruyante dans certaines chambres (ça été le cas dans notre chambre côté plage) - Insonorisation a revoir (plafond et porte) dans les chambres hauts de gamme avec piscine privée - Portes des chambres ayant tendance à ne pas se refermer automatiquement lorsque l’on sort, moyen niveau sécurité - Salle du restaurant très bruyante, impossible de petit déjeuner au calme le matin … - Notre seconde chambre présentait de nombreuses traces de fuites sur le mur en provenance de l’étage supérieur, cela devrait être rénové avant de louer la chambre (rappel 400 euros la nuit) - Les piscines privées des chambres haut de gamme ne sont pas chauffées et non exposées au soleil - Location de scooter à 5000 pesos la journée, c’est énorme !! - Organisation d’événements côté plage troublant la tranquillité des chambres notamment la nuit (jusqu’à 23h) Le rapport qualité prix n’est pour moi pas au rendez vous actuellement étant donné les points cités précédemment, c’est un bel hôtel avec des employés vraiment bienveillants avec les clients et c’est très appréciable mais il faut revoir très rapidement la connexion wifi et la rénovation de la piscine à débordement, avec ses améliorations l’hôtel méritera sincèrement ses 5 étoiles et j’aurai plaisir à y revenir.
