Apartment was very nice. A school or something right outside. Middle school kids hanging out smoking from 8am till 6pm throwing trash and cigarette butts everywhere. I don’t think they actually go to School just smoke and hang out all day. No one picks up any of the trash it was crazy.

We LOVED our stay in Rome in this beautifully and tastefully furnished apartment. We will definitely come back again! Our two teenage daughters also loved the apartment. We were comfortable, it is super quiet in the middle of Rome! Federica and Rachele were amazing.

We stay in the Ricci Suite and it was not a pleasant stay! It’s located above a restaurant. We were there for 3 nights and every night the noise was unbearable. The last night we had to call the restaurant and 12.30am to ask them to keep quiet. They close around 1am but then it was the cleaning and packing away noises. Also if you’re a non smoker, you can smell cigarette from the staff who sit in a little corner next to front door on their break. There is also the problem of the kids who hang around the square at all hours. The bed in the main bedroom has a mattress that is too hard and my husband sleep two out of 3 nights on the sofa bed and the quilt was not clean. It’s overpriced for little comfort. The staff at this establishment are lovely tho and very helpful.

We were in Apartment Art. Quirky - but in a nice way. Courtyard entrance / little fountain imposing and makes a great impression. Great location to walk out to central area sights in the day , and in the evening to Campo do Fiori / Piazza Navona for restaurants. Your Suite were responsive - only “complaint” was a Euro 50 routine cleaning charge that wasn’t expected as whilst city tax was mentioned at time of booking, the cleaning charge wasn’t.

I have never stayed anywhere, and we have traveled to 26 countries, where we were treated so well. We stayed 8 days in the Art Suite with our own courtyard entrance. It was very spacious and decorated so uniquely. My husband and I are in our 80's but we only took a taxi one time because everything was so convenient. I'm sure we walked 8 - 10 miles a day but we saw so much more than we would have from the window of a car. Federica met us about 9:00 in the morning and kept our luggage until our apartment could be cleaned. Then she and another very helpful young lady brought it to our apartment. She arranged for a car to pick us up at the airport and drive us to the front door of the office. Everything about our 8 day trip was about perfect. I don't know if we will ever be able to go back to Rome again. But if we do I know for sure Your Suites Rome will be our home while we are there.

Very central location, with lovely little restaurants and bakeries close to the apartment. The ladies at the reception were very friendly.

Federica and the other employees were amazing! Super attentive and kind. The room was spacious and very comfortable. It smelled so good and clean and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. I will definitely stay here when we visit Rome again and I will recommend Your Suite Rome to all my friends! Everything is within walking distance and if you don't want to walk, there are plenty of restaurants and shops within a couple feet. My family and I stayed for a week and we had an amazing experience. Thank you Your Suite Rome and Federica for making our first time in Rome perfect!

Absolutely amazing apartment for our trip. It is an incredibly beautiful and picturesque building situated in the perfect location for walking access to all of Rome's highlights--as well as excellent dining options. Service from the staff was also excellent.

Very charming and unique place to stay. We loved the very real feel of staying in a Roman suite as opposed to a hotel experience. The staff was attentive, helpful, and made themselves available to us. We loved the area we stayed in which seemed to be different than the touristy area. The accommodations themselves were very comfortable and a great pick for a family of four. You are just a walk away from everything good while still experiencing a very Roman/Italian slice of life stay. The places and dining options nearby felt way less touristy than the usual Roman places and there is so much available to you in this location! Loved our stay here and loved the staff. Will be returning!
