（1）位置:對我來説很好。坐落於安全又可愛的社區，每天能遇上帶狗狗出來散步的友善的居民，也有很多步行2－10分鐘就可以抵達的餐廳，對於獨自旅行的女性來説是很温暖安全的街區。交通便利，我很好的利用了72小時交通卡，前往梵蒂岡大概公交車20分鐘（不包括等車時間）。 （2）服務:非常好。提前在wsp上checkin後，David發來了入住指南。所有的流程全部根據網上指示可以做完，房間布品每天一換。 （3）食物:早餐在樓下的咖啡吧，很友善的店主們，巧克力麪包很好吃。 （4）陽台:靠近陽台處有百葉窗開關，打開百葉窗就能看到很美的外景。每天被陽光叫醒是很舒服的事。 （5）性價比:我是淡季入住，陽台➕大床房➕早餐➕划算的價格→遠超同價格的性價比。

アーリーチェックインが可能かどうか尋ねたところ、前の顧客は午前10時のチェックアウトまで出発しないと言われました。私たちの部屋は午前11時までに準備ができており、ダビデは私たちを少し広い部屋にアップグレードすることさえ申し出ましたが、バルコニーはありませんでした。私たちなら大丈夫です！特に掃除婦とのコミュニケーションには少し障壁がありましたが、ダヴィデはとても親切でした。私たちの滞在は快適で、部屋は素敵でした。毎日掃除されていました。彼らは、階下の「バー」で朝食に使用できる合計約7ユーロ3のバウチャーをくれました。これは平日を通して便利でした。 B&B の場所は少し大ざっぱで、すべてからかなり離れています。バス停も歩いて行ける距離にあるので、とてもよかったです。

Our suite in Unicum Roma Suites was really impressive in terms of cleanliness, space, facilities, furniture and room features ( adjustable shaded window, lighting system, electrical sockets availability, wardrobe, ….,etc.). The room looks very neat and new and the view is so peaceful. Also, it was so fun the instructions given to us for the check-in; a very innovative way leading us to the key to our room and breakfast places. The host is very responsive to any request, he is so kind and ready to help and open for all comments. Also, he provided a very luxurious and convenient transportation to the airport at a good price. Our stay was convenient , calm and happy. Thanks a lot Unicum Roma Suites team for your service , we loved staying at yours.

I loved this place! From the moment we arrived . Lovely sunny room with beautiful view. It is about 20 minute from city centre but number 8 bus will take you straight there. We loved leaving the hustle and bustle of Rome centre and getting back to sit on our balcony and enjoy the peace and quiet and honeysuckle aroma that filled our room.. beautifully designed this B&B will not disappoint. . Gorgeous bathroom and comfortable bed.. Davide was so helpful. always a speedy reply to our text. He gave us lots of tips and advice and booked our taxi when we left. Love this place and wouldn’t hesitate to return..

Stayed for over a week and loved it!! Modern room, spacious, every day clean, had Netflix, very clean and modern toilet and shower, immediate help by staff when needed. Major bus (982) station and major tram (8) station very close is very convenient we could go everywhere. Definitely would stay again when in Rome.

My partner and I have recently visited Rome (May 2022) and stayed at Unicum Roma Suites. What can I say? We had a superb stay at Unicum. The hotel is situated within a residential building in a safe, pretty, quiet, urban district of Rome, just over an hour's walk from the centre. Check-in was swift, all done online, very modern. A couple of days prior to our arrival, we were contacted by Davide (the 'receptionist' - sorry, not sure what their official title was!) via WhatsApp who explained the self-check in process to us. Once we got to the hotel, entering the building and getting our key was super easy and fast. Our room was spotless, we had our own modern en-suite (had shampoo, conditioner, soap, shower caps, hairdryer), a huge double bed (mattress was SO comfortable - best night sleep in a hotel for me!), a TV, a safe, a kettle with teas & coffee, a minibar, and a balcony with a great view of public gardens (or was it part of the tennis club next door...?). Our room was cleaned every day, and even though our mini bar wasn't working (staff were hugely apologetic - we didn't need to use the mini bar tho :) ), there was a communal kitchen with a large fridge which we were told we could use. There was also a coffee station in the kitchen which we used a couple of times. Getting to the hotel was super easy - on our first day reaching the hotel, we decided to get the metro from Termini to Baglio Degli Ubaldi. We then walked through Villa Pamphili, which was absolutely gorgeous. This walk was about 30 mins long. For the rest of our trip, we used the tram. It was super convenient to use this mode of transport, as the tram stop (Casaletto) was less than 5 minutes away (walking) from the hotel, which was also the last stop of the tram line into town. It cost 1.50 euros for a one-way ticket (easily bought at nearby cafe DreamsWorld or tobacco shop), and the tram heading to Piazza Venezia got you to the Altare de la Patria in about 30 mins, then it was 10 min walk to the Colosseum. Being the first/last stop in the tram route, we always had seats on the tram (I had a leg injury so this was a lifesaver). Conclusion - hotel was in a GREAT location with amazing travel connections into town. Trastevere is - in our opinion - the best district for food & drinks, and was only a few stops away from the hotel. Davide was super fast in responding to any of our questions via WhatsApp, made sure we were comfortable, replaced any bathroom amenities we'd run out ASAP, and was great in giving us recommendations for travel and nearby grub. We weren't able to visit Trattoria de Cesare (was closed on our visit), but we did visit nearby seafood restaurant Bolina 157 which was decently priced (for us Brits) and made the best seafood dishes I've ever had in my life! My partner doesn't eat seafood, so they whacked up an amazing Carbonara for him.
