We had made reservations several months ahead of our stay and specifically called out that we needed two rooms (one with a queen and one with 2 twin beds for our 2 grown sons). When we got to the hotel, we found two rooms, each with a queen sized bed. The owner was not around and was hard to contact. Her response was that it was impossible for her to remedy the situation. She didn't offer anything to make up for the fact that she had messed up the reservation. We were also expecting breakfast, since that is part of the name of the hotel (B&B) but there was nothing.
