My girlfriend and I have got a fantastic moment in this very charming old fashion family hotel but with all the modern comfort you can expect. It’s a “maison bourgeoise” where you have the feeling of staying more in aluxury house than in a hotel. The breakfast is very good with only high-quality products. The location is ideal: not far from the center but far from the touristic crowd. The restaurants around are very good and you will find only locals which is a great experience. Eleonora and his charming mum were very professional, very kind and very helpful. This place is a perfect combination of good old manners in easy-going mode. We strongly recommend this hotel and for sure we will come back again. Thank you Villa Duse for this marvelous moment!!!! Aurélie & Lamine

A charming family hotel with a nice outdoor area to relax in. Outstanding service, comfortable beds, nice rooms, good breakfast. Several excellent restaurants full of locals in walking distance from the hotel. Highly recommended for those who appreciate quality and prefer to stay away from the crowds yet still close to the center.

The property's gated access, there are only a small number of guests and it has smart outdoor areas to enjoy. Family owned and they are so helpful with text support of local restaurants and guides for the area, The breakfast is continental and very fresh, nothing is too much trouble, We were told it was ok to order take out eats for a meal in late one night. Just a lovely place to be based while in bustle of Rome, a beautiful walk through Borghese Park to main Rome sights 35 mins/ or catch local buses at lane end. Great stay, we loved it. What a jewel! I normally stay in the Hilton Claridge on nearby Piazza Ungheria, but they were booked so I investigated and discovered this jewel of a boutique hotel, what a joy! Marble tiles, exquisite parquet floors, lovely garden, superior service and old fashioned BELLEZZA. I’m afraid the Claridge won’t get my business anymore ;) This place is only slightly more expensive than the Hilton. Plus, so many good restaurants around here... **

Our stay at Hotel Villa Duse was excellent. The hotel staff was extremely friendly, responding impeccably to all our requests and needs. The cleanliness of the place is impeccable! A beautiful villa in a quiet upscale area of Rome, this hotel is within easy walking reach of excellent restaurants and downtown Rome. The owners personally greet travelers and make sure that all is perfect for guests. We loved our stay here and will definitely return! Highly recommended!

This is the second time we have stayed at Villa Duse. It is a beautiful place to stay and the owners are wonderful.

A charming family hotel that left us with a genuinely delightful experience. From the moment we arrived, the friendly and helpful staff made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to provide exceptional service. The overall stay was very nice, with comfortable and well-maintained accommodations that offered a cozy atmosphere. The staff members were warm, attentive, and always willing to assist with any requests or inquiries. They truly made an effort to ensure that our needs were met, making our stay even more enjoyable. Although the hotel might benefit from additional facilities or features, the staff's genuine care and service more than made up for this setback.

The Villa is beautiful. Everything was perfect with our stay including our warm welcome. The family is lovely and helpful for anything you may need. The rooms have all the luxury amenities. We had a great terrace. Morning breakfast was delicious. My husband and I stayed there for 4 days/3 nights. We will stay there again if/when we return to Rome.
