ブティック ホテル ガラテア(Boutique Hotel Galatea)

Location is close to the station. A few staircases are required to reach the hotel but it didn’t feel like a hotel. The room had a smell and looked dated. Lovely staff serving breakfast.

My wife and I stayed here for days and had a great time. All the staff is amazing and the breakfast was perfect.

We just needed a place to stay for 1 night. This was OK for that but I wouldn't pick it again for a longer trip. The location is OK, kinda far to walk to/from train station. The room was very small but clean. Nice to have AC in the room. It was difficult for us to find the entrance from the street but a nearby restaurant employee helped us in the gate as it was locked. The staff was very nice and the breakfast was great. But I think there are better choices out there.

First we got a room with a non-functioning aircond. Which they well knew because it was a fan in the room as well. It was a very warm day and the room was like a sauna. When I told the reception (which I should not have had to do) we got another room. That room was cool. But later when we went to bed we discovered that the AC worked very unevenly. It turned off and on all the time. During the night I woke up about 20 times to either take off the cover (cause it was too warm) or to put on the cover (cause it was rather cool). Exept from that - the rooms were clean, the beds comfortable, the receptionist nice and the breakfast good. But if you do not get a good sleep at a hotel - it is not good! Also - as a goldmember at ********** I should have gotten a bottle of sparkling wine - which I didnt. I didn´t say anything about it - because the thing about good service is that you should get things without having to ask for them. Like a room with functioning AC.

Lovely hotel. Near a food store and lots of dining options. Walking distance to everywhere we had to go.

I went to Rome for a solo trip and Boutique Hotel Galatea was a dream. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They gave great restaurant and activity recommendations, connected me to a series of free experiences through the hotel, and were lovely to chat with each morning during breakfast. Davide and Resel were especially lovely. They make the best cappuccinos :) Would absolutely recommend this hotel and would stay again!
