ソンダー ピアッツァ ベネチア(Sonder Piazza Venezia)

What an amazing surprise to have your own roof top terrace with this awesome one bedroom suite. Make sure you're ok with stairs though, as the elevator only takes you to the fifth floor, then the stairs lead to the suite. Bird's eye view of the whole neighbourhood!

This is the perfect place to stay in Rome. The room was very spacious. The location is just perfect, close to everything and the view of the balcony is just gorgeous! Def coming back here! Only disadvantage is that we stayed for 6 days and didn't have enough towels. We asked for towels once, but it would be better if Sonder provides a few towels from day one.

Overall we were very satisfied with our stay. Travelled with teenage son & daughter so needed three rooms with beds (don't trust sofa beds), which is not easy to find. The apartment was large and clean. Well equipped kitchen for breakfast - Nesspresso machine with compliementary capsules - nice touch, also tea. Pluses: Location Space Upkeep Furnishings Minuses Street noise (even with good windows - they provide white noise machines which is a nice touch, but earplugs are best if you're a light sleeper) Beds and pillows on the hard side One of the bedrooms faces a courtyard (with the advantage of less noise!)

I didn't stay at Piazza Venezia because two weeks before my trip, Sonder changed my reservation without consulting me. Sonder brokedown my two weeks stay into two places - which needless to say is inconvienient and unacceptable. I had to contact Sonder multiple times to receive an acceptable alternative accomodation unbroken at Piazza Di Spagna. The stay at Piazza Di Spagna was good overall however this type of meddling of reservations without contacting and consulting the customer is unacceptable and stressful. I will have to reconsider using Sonder again.

The room is small ; climatisation during night : too much We put some milk into fridge on monday and it has disapeard on wednesday....

This apartment is in the perfect spot allowing walkable access to all the sites of central Rome. It has street access with a keypad secured door and an inside lift to get your luggage up to your apartment. There was a large glass bottle of cold water for us in the refrigerator upon arrival which is just what we needed. We used their online support through WhatsApp when we ran into an issue getting back in one time. A gentleman came right on the line via video and we sorted it quickly! Only thing that could be improved is the beds all have mattresses which slope toward the center.

Perfect for a family of 5. 3 bedrooms plus a pull out sofa and 3 baths (one is tiny). Air conditioning is amazing especially after sightseeing all day in the heat. Has a lift. 3rd floor we had the entire apartment/ floor to ourselves. Close to all attractions. Has a dual washer and dryer. Dryer doesn’t work well.

Was here a week with my husband and son. Beautiful brand new furniture. Very nice staff. Beautiful building and huge rooms. Perfect location. We love this hotel! We have stayed at Sonder all over the world at this point and we cannot get enough. Cannot wait to explore more of their hotels around the world but Rome is my fav city and this place is perfect!

The location was ideal for a sightseeing trip and the neighborhood felt safe even at night. The top floor apartment was a bit compact but the private terrace gave us the extra space to hang out - lovely place to relax after walking all day. We got locked out of the apartment on our second day there after the keypad code stopped working but the Sonder team was quick to fix the problem. Overall, a very good experience.
