Airport Motel

We never actually managed to stay here. We booked early March a night in June. Received a phone call 22 May advising that our booking has been cancelled because the motel had been sold and the new owners were going to demolish it! After emailing to confirm it was a legitimate phone call, and express disappoin**ent because we now have to pay a lot more to stay elsewhere at this later stage, I was told that it's terrible for the staff too as they have all lost their jobs. They also told me that it was not a planned sale, but some guys walked in off the street and offered the owners an offer they couldn't refuse so they agreed to sell. Yet the owners have refused to pay customers any compensation. Obviously they have no consideration for their customers. I am glad we didn't end up staying here.

Worst experience ever, DO NOT GO THERE. Very small room, hardest bed I think I have ever slept in and aircon was a joke was rattly and made a lot of noise with almost no cool air. I was thinking of going and sleeping in the car it was so bad.
