This hotel is a good place to stay at but there is some exceptions. First of all they don’t mention that you need to bring speedos (the french type of swimming gear) but if your awarned that you need to bring it then the spa is a good place but the personal was really mean and breakfast was 22€ per person per day!!! I suggest you to go to the closest boulangerie and save about 20€ for the same breakfast served at the hotel

So badly treated by this hotel staff and manager. We had booked a double bed, which was paid for and confirmed by the hotel, on arrival we were given a room with 2 single beds pushed together. We politely asked for this to be rectified but the reception staff told us the hotel considered 2 single beds pushed together equivalent to a double. We then tried to go to the Spa and of course the main reason for choosing this hotel. Our booking confirmation outlined the Spa rules. These did not mention that standard swimming trunks were forbidden. We were refused entry as we didn’t have speedos! Again the manager and reception staff brushed us off and told us there was simply nothing they could do to rectify this inconvenience. Between us and *********** several emails have been sent to the management but without any response at all! They simply don’t care and couldn’t be bothered. The receptionists were speaking amongst themselves in French in front of my husband and I and being quite derogatory! An awful experience where all we were expecting was a lovely weekend away with friends.

We have subsequently heard that Madame Le Vin, the General Manager has refused to refund even though her reception Manager advised us the opposite. You couldn’t make this up. An awful experience! Never again and to be avoided..

Staff at Spa not helpful, extra charge for swim hat, for plastic sandals and swimming trunks as trunks used for entire 2 weeks in France before stay not good enough for them. Therefore not able to use salt water pool, however we could have used on a hot summer evening the Sauna! Have stayed all over EU, staff did not even offer an apology for the above. I would avoid unless you want to pay for everything as extra.

Spa ,breakfast , cleanliness and staff are all excellent at the hotel and the location is fantastic with a beautiful beach a stones trough away

I loved the spa, but the welcome to it was terrible. One of the employees yelled at me for not wearing flip flops when I was just looking the facility over. Then, I couldn’t swim in the lap pool because there was a class going on, and then several other people got in and swam, and the instructor didn’t say a thing to them. Also, the price of the gym for daily use was outrageous, the outdoor hot pools were only lukewarm and the prices in the boutique for things like lotion and conditioner were excessive. Our room faced the maintenance area and there was noise a lot of the time, even really late at night. Otherwise, we had a nice stay. Probably would not recommend or stay again.

Stayed one night in a tenement block not even near the spa hotel. Rusty steel entrance door, basic amenities and concrete steps up to room. Complained to receptionist who said well that is what we’d booked! Said I’d booked a room in the spa hotel and if any pictures were shown of this place we’d never have stayed. Very unhelpful, two staff members agreed it looks awful but they refused to do anything even though there was room at the hotel. Double check when you book what room they’ll put you in before you agree to stay
