So first I'm checking in they double charged my debit card after town and I already paid through an app and they didn't listen so it wiped out my account so I didn't get to eat for almost 24 hours. There was no cups no tissue two towels only one hand towel one wash cloth. The bathroom floor was filthy the AC / heater unit didn't work if I had to stay there again I wouldn't pay no $67 for it and know that but the lady on trip.com was awesome on helping me.

The fridge did work at all all my food was hot by the morning I just brought . There was no remote in my room an then the manager sent in the maintenance Guy who smelled like cigarettes horribly an I had to smell That in my room for the night. I was very disappointed there was no Ice machine on property they said they are broken. Also no break not hot breakfast or grab an go breakfast so the rate for a room is not worth it unless your desperate for a room. Just for a night stay.

It's definitely an older motel-style property, but it was 100% clean and functional. Everything was clean, nice-looking, many things were obviously recently upgraded, and everything worked. One of those rare super-well-maintained older motels I guess.

Wouldn’t come come again. Manager and staff can’t help with anything had bed bugs the first nights I stayed till they switched my room had to show proof there was bed bugs even tho my whole body was marked had to wait to find a bed bug and took it to them so they could switch me room.

Love the kitchenette and the proximity to the town center. Room was renovated and clean.

Toilet wouldn’t stop running AC barely worked. Pillows were flat as a pancake and there was mold above the sink.

Nice rooms decent price kitchen available but they rudely start knocking at 10:30 AM

I spent 1 months at this location and I enjoyed big fridge and cooktop. They do have all rooms with cooktop, big fridge and microwave. The wifi worked good too and big guest laundry room was what I really liked. If I come back to Rosenberg this is the place where I will stay.

I liked the fact that the staff was very courteous and super friendly. Rooms were very clean and linens were very inviting and super clean. Everything perfect.
