It had a clean bed and hot water

It was kind of a hassle to have to use the stairs to the third floor because the elevator was out of service. We had a lot of valuable luggage we couldn’t leave in our vehicle. Hauling it up and down the stairs wasn’t very convenient at 11:30 pm.

The elevator was out of order. Had to carry out suitcases up to 3rd floor. Complimentary breakfast did not look appealing so did not eat. Toilet in room ran all night long.

Elevators were broken so we had to use stairs but stairs access is from outside the building and I was a cold days also to get to the pool you had to go outside and then get in to the pool what a scam people very disappointed and on breakfast time they run out of food never staying again in this hotel and it was not cheap

Waited 25 minutes for someone to just check us in. Bartender had to try and get someone numerous times to no avail. Refrigerator in room does not work. Paid for breakfast and they were completely out of food by 8:30 am.

The pillow sheets were dirty I called twice to have them changed and no one did also the elevators were broken all weekend.

Elevator wasn’t working, had to take the stairs three floors up. Front desk clerk was not the nicest. Carpet had stains and bathroom floor had several loose tiles!

The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. It was a little outdated but not bad. However, they failed to inform us at check in that the stairs were only accessible through the side (outside) of the building, which was an issue as it was freezing and windy and the elevators were not working. It wasn't that big of an issue, just common sense and common courtesy to inform your guests to park closer to the stair access, especially in that weather. Upon trying to enter we found that the door knob was broken and a rock was placed in the door to keep it open- not very safe, seeing as anyone could enter the building like that. Overall the stay went well, but there's some serious maintenance that needs to take place there.

The rooms were very nice and clearing. The only issue was that we were on the third floor and the elevators broke so we had to go up and down the stairs, especially when we were checking out carrying all our items.
