Easy to find and check in was a breeze. The room, as always with Element, was awesome. I ordered food in and I waited in the lobby for delivery. Had a very nice conversation with the young lady at the desk. Thankfully, she gave me several recommendations for things to do in Austin. We toured the capitol building and went to Zilker Park on our visit. They have a really nice breakfast, including a coffee machine that makes cappuccino, etc. Tip: adjust the time for the milk to 20 seconds for the cappuccino or you will overflow the cup. Laundry facilities are available on site. And they have complimentary beer, wine, and light snacks M-TH. Just a really nice stay. Everyone is so helpful. The kitchen is very nice; I like the special faucet for filtered water to fill your water bottle.

環境不錯，衞生也做得很好，設施齊備，還有小酒吧跟桌球廳飲料吧等設施，游泳池衹是沒什麼人用不過看來還是挺乾淨的，服務很好很客氣，check in/out很迅速，Camp Aloft Package主要是借出氣墊床跟小帳篷⛺在房間給小孩使用的。停車方便，距離downtown不遠，就在高速旁邊，周圍快餐店很多酒店也都在附近，性價比高很高。

The team there was incredible to work with on helping accommodate our group's needs. The location worked well and was easy to get to and the common spaces worked very well for our group. Rooms were clean and spacious. Would highly recommend a stay with them.

My father has had to stay at the hotel temporarily and the staff which includes the housekeepers are very attentive to my dad and making sure the room is kept clean and sorting any type of inconveniences. I recommend 👍🏻

全体的な清潔さは良くありませんでした!エレベーターの汚れ、汚れた窓、汚れたカーペット、さらには朝食テーブルにも良いスクラブが必要でした!テーブルの隅にはたくさんの汚れとスキングリースがありました....ホテルのロビーと私たちの部屋でも、蚊がたくさんいました....朝食のスタッフはとてもフレンドリーで、本当に良い仕事をしました...私たちは2人のために10ドルで朝食を予約しました、しかし、多くの人は朝食の追加料金について知らなかったようです....朝食のカトラリーとプレートはプラスチックで安いオプションのように見えました....私たちは2泊目に泊まりませんでした、私たちは別のホテルを予約しました!私たちは2泊目の払い戻しを受け、マネージャーが失望について私たちに電話すると約束しましたが、彼は電話しませんでした!ヒルトンガーデンインで2回目ですが、2回はプロパティが使い果たされ、きれいではなく、このホテルを二度と予約することはありません!

部屋は素敵で清潔でチェックインは簡単でした。近くのレストランのパトロンから駐車場の騒音に気づくでしょうが、非常に軽い寝台でない限り問題はありませんでした。ホテルから徒歩圏内で食事をする場所や、近くにアウトレットモールのショッピングなど、数々あります。

Was in town for a friends wedding and can honestly say this hotel exceeded my expectations. Came in super late but was warmly greeted by the gentleman at the front desk. The room was clean, and every staff member I spoke with greeted me and made sure my stay was wonderful. It’s a little out of my way for my normal business visits to austin but it’s honestly worth the extra drive considering the alternatives I’ve experienced
