Breakfast and dinner are provided in the room and swimming pool mentioned as amenities but they are asking extra charges

Staff behaviour was so bad, service so poor staff are no professional and specially their night manager upadhyay ji is rood and said we don’t serve food and ask to order from in room dining coz we ware slippers and shorts and they don’t allow shorts and slippers at their bar restaurant but they allow child and kids under age at their bar cum restaurant and also serve alcohol in front of kids and children so i personally recommend not to visit le caste l it’s only looks good from out side in side all are rusted air condition is not working the hole night if there is a option to rate 1 to 5 i give them -5

Rooms are a little small, but the ambiance is nice and is located in the main town area. Food from the restaurant is too good

find what money we paid and the room conditions was not good .full of moisture and bed not clean up to mark .only food was the good by this hotel . this money we feel cheated. advice to all not book this hotel

Terrible stay unhygienic rooms and lizard in the washroom. Food was the only good thing otherwise rooms and cleanliness zero

The room is not clean the pillow cover is dirty cockroaches are there in the room the bathroom is not clean

room cleaning was not proper. Air conditioner was was not proper. Wash room flush was not working. After opening hot water valve, hot water was coming after 1 minutes and too hot body can damage hot water burn due to this type of irrelevant control. Food quality also not as per cost.

This property has been revamped and revitalised like the phoenix. The whole ambience has changed to a positive one and it is wonderful and welcoming. Not only the services improved but also the taste of the food has become world class. I would definitely recommend the property to all friends and family. Definitely my only stop in rudrapur.
