No great as there are things that need to be addressed urgently at that hotel such as the quality and taste of the food and the electrical and plumbing facilities.

We had a fabulous stay at Bahia Principe Luxury. We have stayed at numerous all-inclusive resorts, and this is our favorite. The entire staff was exceptional, from beginning to end. they were all so nice, always smiling and helpful when needed. We intend to return here one day, it was wonderful. We came here to celebrate my retirement and it lived up and beyond my expectations.

Felt so safe and loved how they did not allow the people bothering you to buy stuff on the beaches, only in the water they could go. Staff was friendly and upbeat it was fantastic!! They always had something going on which was fun day and night time. So many pools to go to. I would totally go back again. So glad we went!

We had a great time at your resort in Jamaica. We liked the Adults ONLY Luxury side where we stayed. Briana in guest services was absolutely wonderful. She made us have a great experience.

I had booked an ocean view King. Upon arrival, was told that the hotel did not have this room available. Never mind not being prepared- it was not available. And that I could move from the double bed room they placed me in, to the king bed room the following day. Thus, the check in process basically took two days and interfered with my time at the resort. I would not recommend this resort to anyone for that reason. I deserve to get the room I booked upon arrival and not have to spend 2/3 days of my short trip moving around my luggage. It was unacceptable.

The resort is massive, The adult side is nice, but the beaches are a little shallow and small, service was nice but a little pushy. We had a "customer experience" personal enter our room while we were inside. They would knock on the door every evening. Food selection was good, Jamaican food was good but everything was just OK.

The people are amazing. We stayed on the Luxury side and the entertainment staff was fabulous, so much energy and fun. Food was good, lots of options to choose from. There was some issue with the AC in our building as well as elevator problems but that certainly didn't stop us from having a wonderful time. The rooms were large and lovely although a little wear and tear but nothing bad for sure. Loved everything about our stay.

Bahia luxury was amazing and staff was very friendly. Yvette our house keeper during our stay was also the best making sure that when we returned to our room is was fixed up nice and clean..
